It’s completely normal to have it, so please don’t feel bad! I had awful acne, but simple CeraVe cream to foam cleanser, apple cider vinegar diluted with water, and a store bought moisturizer helped sooo much. Remember to change you pillow case. Try not to stress too much, and stay away from foods that make you break out. Good luck in school

Oh no! Please take care of your body, even if you’re confident, it is important to stay healthy. Trust me, your body will feel the effects sooner or later. I grew up very unhealthy and when I was 11-13 barley a teen, whenever I would get up I’d feel lightheaded, my vision would black out, I’d loose my balance, and overall *not* feel good. That’s not normal for a young teen. I’ve focused on myself since I desperately wanted to change that, and now as a fresh 14 year old, I feel much better.

I should start now... I'm starting high school tomorrow and even if this is a video on glowing up before high school, I enjoyed the video in some way because it reminded me and taught me some things I should do like- working on my mental and physical well being or learn to start to have healthy habits. The video sort showed me that to glow up-, its not all about appearance and looks but it's more of a journey to becoming the best version of yourself too. If I had to be honest, changing my habits and trying to glow up has always been a hard thing, especially with the lack of support to continue on. I'm currently 15 but I have a lot of responsibilities and weight of expectations upon me since I'm the eldest of my family and my parents need the most support for my siblings as much as possible. I may write a note to myself that, "this journey isn't for others but for yourself" since I'm not the best mentally and a people pleaser which I really want to stop and get out of. So, hopefully, or no today and all the days that will come my way, I do my very best to improve and glow up, along with becoming the best version of myself. Thanks for the great video though. ❤

Clearing up some misinformation: the reccomended 7-8 hours of sleep is for ADULTS, if you are still a teen the actual required amount of sleep is 12-15 hours (because teenagers actually need the most sleep) , but because thats a lot of time to be sleeping try to get 9-10 hours a night

I hate the way i look ,feel so much insecure assymetrical big square face ,pimple , skin texture ,colou rounded nose feel lije why god give my every insecurity why i dont feel pretty ,confident , my friends always found out my insecurity i am so dipressed ,i cry every night , and an introvert it make worse situation like teachers first think i am fool dumb but i am topper ,who says looks dosent matter 😭
