Informative and helpful video! Could you please advise whether we can go for 7d mats which covers end to end and sticks via velcro. Will installing 7d mats cause the same issue of moisture and rusting because most of the floor area will be covered by mat lamination and only the grass part will be pulled out for cleaning and the area beneath wont be exposed to heat or sunlight. So should i go for 7d mats ? If not then what kind of matting solution u suggest and tips for taking care of that.
For the first time in any youtube video i came across i have seen a genuine issue pointed out of rusting. Didn't knew this.. Will have to reconsider my decision of floor matting in view of this new information

Thanks for the video. Never heard of the rusting part you explained..! One doubt, if it is laminated then how will water reach the factory carpet beneath it? The lamination is water proof and where and what is the path through which carpet will become wet?

Water can reach from underbody if driving thru water because car body is not water shield.....and moisture will come after 2-3 year ..
