You should save Ninjas that can be obtainable on chests like Roshi and Yagura edo, because then you will get 80 frags instead of 20. The other ones i don't know why she is keeping them there. I'm pretty sure she would get some BP with it.
Does she have a monthly card? Or something? Ye she didn't get it all naturally i can tell.. Monthly cards and other stuff are involved cuz she do recharge and I'm sure it didn't take more than 6 months
You get CP from: 130 CP - convoy & plunder a day - its 910 CP per week 80 CP - for attack the guild snake; twice - its 160 CP per week 10 CP - for being online for 60 mins - its 70 CP per week 20 CP - solve puzzles on weekend - its 40 CP per week X CP - for spin the guild-wheel - its X CP per week 25 CP - for getting the tree (lvl 12) poured - its 175 CP per week So F2P its possible to get : 1355 (additional CP from the wheel) per week With "monthly cards" its: 60 CP - from the "300 gold bucket" (its 50 per day but you get 300 at once; so 10 more per day) - its 420 CP per week 120 CP - from the "600 gold bucket" (same here ) - its 840 CP per week 20 CP - from the medal for 1888 gold buckets - its 140 CP per week as "small" casher you get an additional: 1400 CP So its possible to get 2755 CP per week save. From events you can earn more. greetings
if the average power is 270k its ok if not - there are more ppl with more BP - it would be easier (in my opinion) to take 1 dd (minato or Kushina) I hope your minato have his bond barrier (but as F2P i would guess not). greetings

convoys, plunder your own alternate account every day, 1 hour online reward, Season events, Myokubu Trials etc. Make sure you're doing everything.
