- Here's the full dance of Chloe Lukasiak and Maddie Ziegler's lyrical duet "Inside of Me" at Dance Educators of America (DEA) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Saturday, March 24th, 2012. It placed 1st in Junior Duet, and received a Platinum award.
They represented the Abby Lee Dance Company.

The fact they learned the dance in 3 days and were able to connect and emote so well says a lot about their skills. Those two were such strong dancers and didn’t try to out dance eachother, they worked beautifully together!
agree! i think maddie was 9 and chloe was 10 at this time but i’m not sure.. but they literally pulled this off in 3 days!

Did Abby really appreciate the talent she had on her hands? This is so beautiful i shed tears.
I think she did appreciate it I think she also wanted to challenge it. I think Abby did really love Chloe I think her complicated relationship she had with Christy did kind of get in the way of that a little bit but at the same time Abby already has mentioned how many times she loves working with Chloe she thinks she's a sweet girl she's a beautiful dancer honestly giving her ballerina vibes. I feel like Holly said it the best where sometimes Abby's way of how she works things is not exactly the best way to word it and she wouldn't be working with them if she didn't see potential. And as far as her favoritism towards Maddie I can kind of give her grace for that because so far every group of people that have worked close with Maddie have all said the similar to same thing as Abby on why they like her and why she's a favorite I think all dance teachers have wanted dancers that are similar to Maddie did that mean they all wanted Maddie to be on their team no they just said they want somebody with her work ethic. And seeing how much of dancing and performing and working was Maddie's life she really hasn't done anything that was super normal which goes to show how much doing performing really was her life. I can kind of say the same to Mackenzie too just because of how fast she's been growing up and even Mackenzie can actually admit to that on how much of her childhood she really missed out being homeschooled and doing dance moms and from dance moms then she goes into performing arts and doing more booking for touring and traveling the world and working it really didn't give her a chance to be a regular kid. What I'm saying is I feel Christy did a lot better job trying to protect Chloe and trying to make sure she got to be able to enjoy being a kid that Maddie and Mackenzie could only dream of.
They both were so good and mature for their age 🥺💜 and their connection is just out of this world!

There’s no way they didn’t win…i don’t think any other two 9-10 year olds could do what they just did. The emotion, the technique, the choreography was flawless. Incredibly impressive and entertaining

I have watched this dance 100 times and every time I watch it it’s just as good as the last. They were an unstoppable duo and no one could take that away from them❤ they are so in sync!!!

They actually reunited recently! Brooke, Paige, Nia, Maddie, and Chloe all hung out together at Brooke's apartment about a week ago. Brooke and Paige revealed that Maddie, Chloe, and Nia were coming over later when they were doing their Q&A video. 💕

They are the 2 best at lyrical. And one of the rare duos that couldn't be replaced. I wish that s4 e7 didn't have to end like that.

They performed some of the dances multiple times. The show, same competition as shown, som others, and recital. It could have been because of how good the dance was etc.
