@@prajullas the problem is that Indian education is wayyyy to much student centric, to the point that most students have to do all the heavy lifting from making highly detailed notes, joining extra classes, looking for an actually good teacher who can explain the concepts to them since the teacher only teaches from a decade old textbook, go the extra ten miles to not only do this but work harder to get internships, join sports(for colleges), get internships with little to no help from education institutes, high requirements by even mediocre education institutes due to high demand(compared to foreign countries), and even after suffering through all this the person would likely suffer in the job market since he has no clue how jobs work nor how to find them this resulting in innumerable scams. Other than that the mental strain leads to high amounts of mental pressure which results in mediocre performance in companies as well as many having to foot mental health bills which could have easily been avoided. I'm not blaming the teachers either, teachers are very underpaid but just because we have a huge oversupply of human resources doesn't mean that low quality is acceptable. Hope at least my juniors will have it better than me.

Another thing that is a huge lack in the system is that students have to decide their streams before 11th and 12th all by themselves. Schools should be responsible for arranging free career counseling or helping out the students in choosing their subjects. Most students get influenced by parents, relatives, cousins or friends into taking a stream they're not interested in, which costs them a lot in the future

As a Hindu living in India I have been really worried about the increasing Religious Nationalism for years now. I live in Uttar Pradesh and the situation here is particularly concerning. I live in the district whose name was changed by the Chief Minister from Allahabad to Prayagraj. Allahabad is a Muslim name it has Allah in it and so the name was changed. I was so pissed that they (hindu extremists) are doing such petty things to suppress minorities especially muslims. I mean changing the name of a single district or city costs thousand of crores of rupees and these fools have changed 3 or 4 names till now spending a LOT of taxpayers money on such frivolous things that no one cares about except for them. My ideology is Live like you want to and let others live how they want to and don't discriminate them because they speak a different language than you or follow a different religion than you or are of a different caste than you. Hats off to Hassan for speaking the truth about the condition of India and Indian Politics.

Yes, there are a few stupid elements that aid in the rise of attack on minorities in India, but there are also places in India, particularly Uttar Pradesh, where as a Hindu, a person from the majority community, you cannot enter without fear of the minority community that is dominant in those said areas. Even in Delhi, a territory that hold the National Capital New Delhi, there are those places. Yet they are never discussed outside India, cuz that can never top off the US airstrikes in Muslim countries. And it's not just BJP that's playing segregation politics, it's Congress too, they have been playing it since India became independent. Instead of a Uniform Civil Code to judge people in India, they let particular communities have their own religious based codes. In a democratic country where you want to judge all people fairly, is it really relevant to have that? That's why we have flawed democracies, both India and US fall into those categories. And this segregation ideology runs deep in some communities than others, recently there was a person from the Muslim Community who said there'd be another country for Muslims from India, and that never really made headlines cuz it doesn't get views. The whole point of Pakistan's existence was to take muslims from undivided India, but some just want that to happen again. Yes both communities have bitches in them, but I just noticed a little bias in your review and most of your sources has a little bias so I had to write this. Indian school education is a spring board for students to go abroad.
@@prajullas the problem is that Indian education is wayyyy to much student centric, to the point that most students have to do all the heavy lifting from making highly detailed notes, joining extra classes, looking for an actually good teacher who can explain the concepts to them since the teacher only teaches from a decade old textbook, go the extra ten miles to not only do this but work harder to get internships, join sports(for colleges), get internships with little to no help from education institutes, high requirements by even mediocre education institutes due to high demand(compared to foreign countries), and even after suffering through all this the person would likely suffer in the job market since he has no clue how jobs work nor how to find them this resulting in innumerable scams. @@jockjockin9589 Yes exactly. Teachers are only responsible for taking a 30 minute lecture and they're done. The student has to do the rest. Another thing that is a huge lack in the system is that students have to decide their streams before 11th and 12th all by themselves. Schools should be responsible for arranging free career counseling or helping out the students in choosing their subjects. Most students get influenced by parents, relatives, cousins or friends into taking a stream they're not interested in, which costs them a lot in the future

As a Hindu living in India I have been really worried about the increasing Religious Nationalism for years now. I live in Uttar Pradesh and the situation here is particularly concerning. I live in the district whose name was changed by the Chief Minister from Allahabad to Prayagraj. Allahabad is a Muslim name it has Allah in it and so the name was changed. I was so pissed that they (hindu extremists) are doing such petty things to suppress minorities especially muslims. I mean changing the name of a single district or city costs thousand of crores of rupees and these fools have changed 3 or 4 names till now spending a LOT of taxpayers money on such frivolous things that no one cares about except for them. My ideology is Live like you want to and let others live how they want to and don't discriminate them because they speak a different language than you or follow a different religion than you or are of a different caste than you. Hats off to Hassan for speaking the truth about the condition of India and Indian Politics.

Instead of a Uniform Civil Code to judge people in India, they let particular communities have their own religious based codes. In a democratic country where you want to judge all people fairly, is it really relevant to have that? That's why we have flawed democracies, both India and US fall into those categories. And this segregation ideology runs deep in some communities than others, recently there was a person from the Muslim Community who said there'd be another country for Muslims from India, and that never really made headlines cuz it doesn't get views. The whole point of Pakistan's existence was to take muslims from undivided India, but some just want that to happen again.
