I would write them a letter explaining all the pain and hurt you had to go through while they never even bothered to look for the truth. They chose to believe lies over finding the truth and turned their backs on you without a second thought. I would state in the letter that you want to further contact and that none of them are invited to the wedding or even any part of your life. You should not let toxic people back into your life simply because they are family or share the same DNA. Family does not do what they did to you. You deserve better than them. Who's to say that they won't do the same again when the chance arises. They betrayed you once and they will certainly do it again.
