That is great!! If leaving the stainless do we need to re-seal the edges with mod podge before epoxy? I am worried about the epoxy getting under the fabric.
Thank you! And yes you would still want to get a good seal on the cup and edges. I would nod podge over the edge onto the stainless and then clear coat spray as well!
Hi! Your videos are really helpful! Is there a way to do these without doing the bottom in epoxy? I’ve done a few for myself with just glitter and they’re uneven on the bottom- super frustrating!!
You can totally do that but I just prefer this method as I can guarantee I have a really good seal on the edge so I personally can guarantee they will last!
You would have to be insanely strong to be able to actually damage the tumbler with the blade. You will possibly scratch the tumbler but it will have no effect on the tumbler!
@@OneCraftyRabbit Yes, you want to do about 3 good coats of mod podge letting them fully dry in between coats! Then you can add your glitter rims and trim the fabric as needed and epoxy!
Love your work. Can you pls help me on what epoxy resin food grade safe that you use I live in Australia so it's hard to get stuff thank you so much . Xx
You should show how to put the cealer on it
The mod podge? Its just painted on with a brush!
Or the epoxy? I have other videos showing how I apply my epoxy!
This is also a part 2 so check out part 1 it may answer some questions you have
We’re do you get your fabric and what kind do you recommend
I typically get them from BST and destash groups and I prefer cotton lycra since it has a little stretch!

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us ! Can we use wrapping paper instead of cloth ? Thank you 😍
I have not tried it but as long as you are careful and seal it really well before epoxy, you can use paper goods!
How do I know with the edging tool am not scratching the tumbler? Lol
