Hydroviv ha! These assholes don't respond to you, it doesn't even matter if you have spent over 1000.00 on the filters. They don't even have a phone number to call. They kiss your ass before you purchase, feeding you all kinds of bullshit, and then when you do buy from them, they ignore you after.. This company gets a BIG THUMBS DOWN.

Yes there are a lot of customer complaints on Hydroviv lately. Better go for Waterdrop I guess.
