yes they are amazing!! Super nice guys too, I highly recommend seeing them as many times as you can! And meet the guys. Whether you do a meet & greet, or go hang out by the bus after the show, try to meet them, they are so awesome, I've met them a couple of times, Ryan actually remembered me :) I'm so excited that I got to be on their DVD!! I only had one person in front of me, so I know I'm gonna see myself on the DVD!
These two nights when they taped the Things We Do At Night DVD were so awesome!! And you can see me in several of the shots of the crowd!! Definitely one of the coolest things ever in my life.
I mean on the real DVD. They filmed it over 2 nights though and I was in different places in the crowd both nights, and they combined the footage. So, sometimes you can see me in 2 different places in the crowd on the same song, I find it funny.

This song is the primary reason why I haven't killed myself yet. I listen to this song at least twice a day. I'm worried that one day this song will no longer make me want to keep going, simply because I'm already feeling like it's losing it's meaning to me.

@@butterfly-pax2604 I actually have quite a long history of interactions with the band, but after I wrote Justin a letter in 2016, ever since then he has really made an effort to talk to me and connect with me. He's definitely my hero! He was looking at me several times during the show, and I know he had to find me in the crowd, because I was on the side about 5 rows back. So it's not like I was right in his face. Even the woman standing next to me, after the show, was like "that was for you!!" 😊 They're such a special band and I can't wait to see them all again. This is my song,,, nincureI got to tell ya if it was not for blue october I would not have my son today.My son always listened to the song HATE ME,, to the point to where I was tired of it,,,he was constantly in and out of the hospital, he wanted to kill himself at the age of 4 thru 10.. He begged me to get the CD for him so I did, He told e to take the cd home and listen to it and maybe I would understand but he could not tell me nothing make a long story short his so called dad did not want nothing to do with him told me he could care less if he lived or died,, so in the song it talked about porn and other things and Josh asked me if I knew yet what he was talking about I said no, he said well I cannot tell you I said why you know you can talk to me about anything. he said no mom if I tell you then my dad is going to take me and chop my body up and take me to the lake and use me as fish bait and then go get you and take you to the river,, the many many times that my son was in the hospital that CD was GOLD to him.. all he would do is listen to it, got out of the hospital he went to see his dad came home punched me in the back of the head and spit in my face and said that was from my dad,, I grabbed the front of his shirt and I told him to get to his room time for a mini conference,, so I cleaned my face went in his room and he then after about an hour he told me what his dad was doing to him and making him do things and then I noticed bruises,, called police right away..that monster went to jail for a few years and they let him out and said the judge forgot to sign papers so he is not a free beast walking the streets,, they took away our house that we was buying from them they took alot from me and Josh. My son has always wanted to go see the band and wants all their cds but I cannot afford it, I am on disability and Josh will not even leave the house because he is so scared, His so called dad promised him a truck when he could drive, well he got nothing he gets 10.00 a month in child support and I only make 800.00.. there are so many songs of blue Octobers I sit here and cry because of memories. Josh used to play the Viola in school so he likes the Violin in their music, they are coming to Omaha Ne I would give just about anything to take Josh but there is no way after everything we lost and I am trying to make a home again,, ever since that happened to my son I put my life on hold and only tried to take care of Josh and that is all,, the Docs put me on all these pills that made me l gained weight and I do not go no where no more,, If it was not for Joshua I know I would not be here, I have never been this down in my life talk about hitting rock bottom we have been there now for a few years.. just killing me that I cannot provide for my son the way I should,, but he knows i love him more than anything.. but after seeing Justin sing my GOD he puts his soul in his music, I can feel it and at night when I am sitting here listening to the music,, that song Fear,, thats me,, but i still cannot get back up.. I am sorry to rattle I could talk all night about all this crap.. I really appreciate you getting in touch with me,,, Your music rocks too I was listening to it,... seems like you are friends of Justin's, My son is now 20 years old still having alot of trouble, PTSD, depression, panic and anxiety, takes after mom now I guess,, but if you read this thank you means alot to me,, I wish I could let the group know what all they have done for my son in their music.... thank you for posting these videos! I have seen the DVD version of "Things we do at Night" hundreds of times. Seeing the concert from a different perspective is so cool. I'm guessing the version of Fear that made it to the DVD is from day 1? there seems to be a slight difference.
You're welcome! What I am pretty sure happened is that they took the sound from night 2 in it's entirety. And the videos are a mash up of both nights. I have the sound ripped to mp3 from night 2 and it's exactly the same as the DVD. I'm glad I was able to capture it as well because there are 5 songs that I have that they didn't put on the DVD! It's funny because on the DVD I'll be able to see myself in 2 different places in the same song, because of the way the mashed up the video from both nights 😂
@@nincure Oh, I have checked out your playlists. Love them all! What i noticed in your video, Is that at about the 4:30 mark he usually says "Fuck It" after the line "and it's staring back at me". It just had me wondering about the version I am so used to listening to and watching. Everything else in your video is exactly the same as DVD. I guess that's the final editing...like you said, they mashed together 2 different nights. Thanks again for posting these. Been watching your videos for the last 3 hours.
