Hey Dave, car insurance in Florida is stupid expensive but so is home insurance and apparently eggs now too. I try to shop insurance yearly because they like to sneak in rate increases. I have State Farm which started out very good, but they have gone up $100 a month in the past 3 years of having them. Just do the comparison. If you like your agent, go back and negotiate when you find a cheaper rate. They can make adjustments. I enjoy the videos. Thanks for visiting my channel this week! If car insurance is that much in Florida with the home owners insurance being astronomical, how can you afford food? This and the storms is why I will never move to Florida. I know there are some advantages living there but the disadvantages kind of outweigh the advantages. Wish ya luck man.
I am happy to say I paid a whole year on my home insurance at once. Geico Ins was thrilled. I emptied my savings but I won't have to worry about house insurance for whole year. I have two vehicles and only use one of them. I'm selling my Toyota and keeping my other little car.Both have full coverage. I'm going to change that very soon. Money is getting real tight so hang in there David, this too shall pass.

Starting at ten numbers greater than your current active listing number so you can catch-up later. Number and location code. When I gather sold items to ship, it's a two minute job.

I think the damage has been done to Mercari. It took them too long to fix the problem so I think it’s go take awhile for them to get back to where they were, if they can ever recover.
I've had 4 of the best months I've ever had since the change. So I don't feel the same way. My Mercari has been booming (for me anyways). The Fee change was all Psychological. Most people dropped their prices to match and everything turned out the same. But people hate change and don't want to do mental math.

If people pay higher prices, then prices will rise. That's how a free market works. As resellers should know, the market value of anything is whatever people are willing to pay.

Our commercial truck is only $336 a month…. Over $11,000 a year is just insane…
This is mercari's fee structure coming Jan. Sellers pay a flat 10% selling fee Buyers pay a flat 3.6% Buyer Protection fee so now they are charging sellers and buyers

There’s been a bill that was originated by a Fl congressmen that would’ve been able to drastically lower rates for coastal homeowners, and it’s just sat there with zero support.
