It's me at the front telling them I have panic attacks! The worst part is when the door closes and you're finally stuck. Didn't fly for ten years but back on it for the kids. Only time I take diazepam just to try and relax it a bit
It's hard to fly and relax when u enter plane very smelly heavy air and hot and overcrowded with ppl then on the of already bad things leave you waiting 15 mins in plane when u land look dot stairs soon nervous
HAVING A PANIC ATTACK! Before it escalates to this & you begin feeling like u need to get off the plane do these things.... Try breathing into a bag, tell the Flight attendents, get ice and put it at the nape of your neck, drink ice water. The nerves at the back of your neck are the nerves that send the "fight, flight, fear" messages to your brain and the ice somehow intercepts them. Also PA's sometimes are a sign of dehydration and ice water helps. I hope this helps people. It works for me. Also United Air has something on their entertainment system that helped me when flying near Hurricane Helene ... A programme with moving colours and music. This is not claustraphobia but he feels the need for fresh air. Remember the pilots who are flying the plane have this... They've done this before plus they have auto pilot. Look around and see others aren't having breathing issues so you will be fine.
I don’t have that but this one time I went on a plane he said that before we were about to take off one of the engines like literally died so I started panicking and I had to hold a strangers hand the hole time and yah it was fun…
Hang in there brother . One day at a time . Also thanks for sharing your videos your helping out a lot of people
its soo terrifying when they say something was wrong, or they make you wait like 45 minutes on a hot plane before tale off
