Great channel. Montreal truly is a special place. Many aspects about the city are very appealng, including its multicultural makeup. However one group that I haven't seen mentioned in this series and whom have had quite a presence and impact on the city, are the Greek community. Yeah Montreal is saaaaweeet. Very cool vibe. We featured the city in our cross-Canada travel series and loved Old Montreal. There's a cafe there ranked as one ofthe most beautiful co-working places in the world. Wish I could remember the name!
I'm so happy when people love my cityyyyy 👌 we don't get enough credit for the festivals though I think, because we hold the record for the most festivals in 1 summer in the world 😁 and most of them are free! Which is insane. We also have incredible nightclubs and bars! The choices are endless. It's not for nothing Montreal is known to be a city ruled by students, it's always a party haha.
It’s amazing how you don’t realize how beautiful your city is. I live in the old port and I find it dull, since I’m always in it. But I never knew how much others loved our city. Makes me appreciate it so much more.

We're from NYC. We love Montreal It's fun, sophisticated and clean. Food is great. People are friendly. They understand hospitality. Spring and fall are our favorite times to go, but they do have great music festivals in the summer. The nightlife is awesome any time if the year. With the American dollar so strong against the looney, it's also a great value. They really know how to enjoy themselves up there. Toronto is great too, but can't compete with Montreal for being a fun city.
Why am I getting emotional watching this? Even though Vancouver is so unimaginably beautiful yet this video is giving me goosebumps. Have to visit soon!

Yeah Montreal is saaaaweeet. Very cool vibe. We featured the city in our cross-Canada travel series and loved Old Montreal. There's a cafe there ranked as one ofthe most beautiful co-working places in the world. Wish I could remember the name!
Crew Cafe! There's a video on our channel about that gorgeous space if you wanna learn more about it :)
@@DiscoverMontréal Right! Sweet, we'll check it out!
I live in Montreal and i am moved by your video. Thank you for making this. Its all true
Such a great video and the people genuinely seem to love Montreal. Definitely visiting one day soon ♥️
did you know montreal have a rule for the buildings to dont grow taller then mont-royal :P
No buildings can be built taller than the cross on Mount Royal..
Interesting. Did not know that.
That's messed up........now who will take the honour of competing with the burj khalifa
yea to not disfigure the view it makes it prettier without the buildings higher
I came from one beautiful city NYC to now residing in another beautiful one Montreal!
Farah Joseph damn how saving 1500$ on rent feels like? 😂
What's the difference
Lived in Canada , Montreal and Truly Wishing I was still living there but ...... 😔 CANADA always in my Heart for Ever 💚💚
I moved from ShenZhen,China to Montreal ten years ago,I and my daughter love here so much!
Can't wait to see the city this April. I am trying to learn some basic French, but I am coming!
Had a good trip?
I'm so happy when people love my cityyyyy 👌 we don't get enough credit for the festivals though I think, because we hold the record for the most festivals in 1 summer in the world 😁 and most of them are free! Which is insane. We also have incredible nightclubs and bars! The choices are endless. It's not for nothing Montreal is known to be a city ruled by students, it's always a party haha.
Visiting there soon! Can't wait!
So beautiful
Love from India 🇮🇳
I love Montreal! Cannot wait to go back, I have literally thought about it each day since I got back.
i watched this at 7am now i feel like going out , this was a great video
Anyone here live in Montreal too?
Noppp😝
It’s amazing how you don’t realize how beautiful your city is. I live in the old port and I find it dull, since I’m always in it. But I never knew how much others loved our city. Makes me appreciate it so much more.
I love visiting Montreal. The archtecture is beautiful. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Hi.im andy.do you live in montreal?
Culture at montreal is amazing
I've been living in Montreal for 7 (awesome) years. I love everything about this city, even then winters ! I currently live in Calgary for work and just cant wait to go back!
What I love about Montreal are the people. So friendly to each other. What I hate about Montreal are the winters. Soooo damn cold.
I've moved around my whole life, and never felt like I had a true "hometown". I've visited Montreal my whole life and have lived pretty close to it in the past. Much like a blossoming love, I have fallen head over heels in love with this city, its culture, vibe and joie de vivre. I can't wait to spend my life here! Je suis Canadien! Je suis francais! C'est en mon sang!
Legit just teared up a bit in awe. lmao This is why I'm learning French.
My beautiful city of Montreal! J'adore Montrèal!💚🎀💚 I met the love of my life in Montrèal and we use to go to the Montroyal mountain to enjoy the nature . After so many years we are still together! 💚🎀💚🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
🌈I hate winter, but I love winter in Montreal, I felt in love of that city, since my first visit,
And québécois, are very nice and friendly ❤️❤️

Filmmaker are dam good, Surprised that there was little to no orange cones in the video... classic Montreal trade mark
I was just there for 5 days coming from Florida and a lot of my friends was asking me why spend my vacation there and let me tell you they have everything. From food to outdoorsy activities, architecture, history, nightlife reliable metro.
So glad you enjoyed the city! Was it your first time?
@@DiscoverMontréal Yes, I wish it was closer. Lol. I live in Orlando, Fl. 😂😂😂

I've lived in Montreal my whole life and now with COVID-19 I have a new appreciation for all the things shown in this video. Not everyone gets these experiences and I took it for granted they were outside my back door every day. Now I don't know if and when these things will be possible :'(
This is the best city promo I have seen. I live in Chicago and work in marketing and this was just beautifully executed. After Covid It's first trip cheers!
Thank you so much! It means a great deal to hear that :) Montreal will be waiting when COVID dies down!

How do you like your voyage in Montreal? I hope you like it. :)
From a Montrealer.
I lived in Montreal for 10 years and I can confirm, it is a great city to live in and to visit. The cold winters didn't even bother me. I enjoyed the city year round and I really miss it!
My uncle went this summer, he did recommend it to me. Maybe some day.
this made me tear up...Visited quite a few times...fell in love. love it there. miss coming and i hope situations improve so i can make it back soon -love from pittsburgh
Come back ASAP
I LIVE here. How come I don't enjoy it that much? I always took it for granted, but this video truly made me cry and open my eyes.
Fun fact, i got my first period on the stage of the oratoire St-Joseph.
Wow such a good video. It makes me fall in love even more with my city
I miss Montreal so much. Some of the happiest times of my life.
I live in this city and you made me love it more... Do more videos you have wonderful editing skills
I’ve been learning French during quarantine because I wanna move to this beautiful city once I finish college 😍🇨🇦
That's so exciting best of luck!
We're from NYC. We love Montreal
It's fun, sophisticated and clean.
One of the best Montreal video I ever seem around!
Davi Fagundes Same thing for me !
Why am I getting emotional watching this? Even though Vancouver is so unimaginably beautiful yet this video is giving me goosebumps. Have to visit soon!
The swooning music
You should visit, it will only increase your love for Vancouver
I used to live on the West Island. As an American, I can say, Montreal is amazing!
