Bill Peach had a way of writing and narrating in a very clear manner. They made a huge impression on me on first viewing as well.

I loved this series back in 1984 the ABC did some really interesting i think the camera man was Phil De Fries.

the previous series was called GOLD 1983.

@@haydenwittig8877 I think I viewed them in the opposite order. Did Aunty repeat Gold after the success of The Explorers, or do I just have a bad memory?

@@aaronleverton4221 Peachs Gold series was 1983 then came The Explorers 6 Part series in 1984.
