    Still we should wait for two days....during this 2 days price might be getting decreased, even we have arbitrage opportunity which is below actual buy price two days before price. what is the use of taking two account in those cases?

      Buy at low price in any exchange and sell it to another exchange where price is higher . You don’t need two accounts . Only one is enough

    people who are confused about arbitrage in intraday - please note that it is not short selling! because he already has shares in account so he can sell them, making it not short selling. he buys again to lower down the price and restore his position (long). awesome video and good clarity!

    Whether the both accounts should be linked with same demat account. If it is selling then it should be considered as short selling and it ll be auto square off at 3.20. Demat account credit will take T+1 days. In this case share price may changed.

      If you have bought the shares at 500. You sell them at 500. You made no profit. But when you buy them again at 460. You have effectively reduced the buying price of that share to 460+ from the initial 500

    See arbitrage is different from short selling because in short selling you can sell share which you don't have but in arbitrage you should already need to have share in your demat account in order to sell it in other exchange and then if you want to get the opportunity again so you need to buy it again from other account because in India it takes t+2day so you buy stock already should that it comes in your account so the time you suddenly get any opportunity you don't have to wait for t+2 day to get the stock in you demat account

    you cannot do that the reason is if there is a significant price difference the arbitragers will come into action and try to reduce the prices in either of the exchanges ie nse or bse and also the even if you get the profit then the expenses will be eating it up to the extent of 0.5% agree or not

    • @VRDNation
      @VRDNation  5 лет назад +2

      These opportunities are available for a few mins or seconds and therefore it's not possible for an average investor to find them. An arbitrage trader has to be on the hunt for such opportunities and act within seconds to lock in the profit. Therefore, a lot of traders are doing this via algos now a days.

    Hi, are u asking to invest twice on the stock at different prices in different accounts. If we do so how does it make sense on profit.
    Say I buy 10 stocks at 1000 from nse from account A and sell at 1100
    Also buy 10 stocks at 800 from bse from account B
    So investment -1800
    Holding stock -800
    10 stocks selling price 1100
    profit - 100
    If I can't buy and sell directly what's the use.

      If you want to do this exactly, you can transfer the shares from one demat account to another. But there's no point in that.
      You are repeatedly doing the process, So if you sell from the account that has shares delivered (T+2), on a higher price & bought the same shares on the second account.
      point to be noted: If you want to sell , then you have to have the share in your demat account ( except in case of intraday, where you have to close the position on same day)

    • @kiddikbum
      @kiddikbum 2 года назад

      Because there may not be any other buyer for the same. So you are the buyer for your own shares! That means the difference will be deposited on your other account.

    So confusing video, you are showing that you sold some stock and then buy at low price at same time from other exchange (then what about T+2) . are you showing that first you bought Poddar's 100 shares. then at 5.38 minute you said sell the share you bought, then why buy back at 460. what exactly your video is about ?

    • @tradingdays
      @tradingdays 4 года назад

      it's not confusing. U buy the stock, wait for 2 days, ie T+2, THEN wait for the opportunity. Then you can sell from the account you have the shares and buy from the other account, The difference of the price- transaction charges is your profit

    5) I UNDERSTAND THAT FIRSTLY I HAVE TO PURCHASE SHARES OF COMPANY FROM MY FIRST ACCOUNT FROM NSE.
    * THEN I HAVE TO SELL IT ON BSE AT THE SAME TIME AGAIN I HAVE TO PURCHASE IT FROM BSE.

    problem in your approach is that you will end up owning the base shares... which is not what we would like to do...w hat is the risk free arbitrage method... in your approach, i will always have 100 shares of PODDAR housing in my account as i will have BUY - STEP 1 100, STEP 2 - SELL ON SSKI - 100/STEP 3 - BUY ON ZERODHA ... my net position will always be 100 shares

      Thanks Shan! All our training is online because that' much more convenient and practical for traders (because we teach by trading live and for 3/6 months it's no possible for people to commute to a physical location). Occasionally, we conduct workshops in Hyderabad and Bangalore but this year we have plans for Mumbai as well (will post on vrdnation.com). Stay in touch and thanks for the encouragement on these videos. We put a lot of efforts in researching and making them. Thanks !
