Try the same shop's ghebar or ghevar. It's unlike Rajasthani style ghevar which is crispy thick. This shop's ghebar is spongy soft and melts in mouth type. I bet you can not resist finishing the box :)

This is available online supplies to entire india. No need to visit surat.Recently I ordered Ghari , Sutarfeni and Ghevar online at mumbai , I received in three day's. Excellent experience of quality traditional mithai.

Nice to know that a candy facility since way back 1800’s has gone through innovation and machine upgrades to become more hygienic and commercially efficient. Though it’s timely to say that as much as wearing head caps is a must, they should make it compulsory for employees to wear food handling gloves and face masks just because they’re handling food. This is not high quality if there are finger and hand prints on the dough.

While its excellent to watch but my suggestion is they should refrain from wearing footwear, especially when they place the sweets on the ground or else they could have tables to place the edibles on it.
Exactly my point. They all are wearing footwears same are using on the roads and those trays are keeping on the floor. Basic hygiene is not maintained in such a renowned brand. 'Dhariwal'... Non of them are wearing mask properly very casual approach....
They knew they are being filmed so they definitely portrayed the best of best of themselves. Now if this is the best hygiene when imagine what would it be off camera. 😂😂😂
