I have said it before, and I will say it again. The 90's had the best music ever. The 70's and 80's set the bar, but the 90' made you feel apart of something music wise, even if life around you wasn't the best growing up. After like 2005, music died. Millennials like me love this music even after almost 30 years.
Don’t get me wrong, the 90s were good with lots of nostalgia. But there was a lot of anger in songs and creativity started slacking a bit. Many songs had tunes borrowed from the past such as This one from the 80s. This was a Nice remake as that term along with sampling became a common theme from the 90s onward. 60s, 70s, 80s and some early to mid 90s is where the greatest music comes from imo
I love them. They were underestimated to me. Their harmony is so soulful, like another version of Boyz II Men. Did ya'll know that the lead singer Marc was a part of Boyz II Men before they signed their deal? And Babyface wrote the hell out of "Last Night."
