Hoping to branch out and set up a physical toy store/arcade hybrid someday. Thank you so much Phil! I'm $1,200 committed when they are available. But won't buy any more new triple shops until the fifty cent mech is an option while ordering the new machines. This is also a game changer to buy used machines in the future as well.
Have you ever tried those big mama gumball machines with a nayax card reader ? I know it's semi ridiculous but I do love the ingenuity, it accepts bills and cards , ps I'd try in some locations stickers , Pokémon or trading cards , prefilled poke ball capsules, really capsules In general 60% margin and moves fast!
I have seen those machines and wouldn't mind owning a few. But I wouldn't want the machines with credit/debit card readers because my business model is all cash. Bill accepter is fine, But I don't want to pay the city tax on vending machines if they plug into the wall or have a company bank account with evidence of income for the IRS to access. For now I want to keep the status of this income stream as a hobby so I don't have to pay income taxes. It's a moral thing for me because the federal government doesn't have my best interest at heart. So I can't morally feed it money.
@gumballgold not a taxe expert by any means but I know alot of vendors aren't paying taxes , even with regular nayax deposits I doubt you'd trigger any red flags people are sending several trillion through cash app I was turned off by credit card reader and processors costs too. But I think if you had a great location that's far from home the nayax reader could be a blessing in disguise. But yeah I get the moral argument but I wouldn't sweat it they will never get their full share even if machines go cashless . But I'll admit none of my locations warrant something of this cost n capacity. Buy imagine a busy outta state mall location you could drive up 4 times per year n have a nice roi!
I have two Northwestern that I upgraded to double stack. I also bought the orange Northwestern fifty cent decal for the machines because I wanted them to look original. No problems yet either. Thanks for commenting and watching!
