I trade hellux with other people. You can just settle with reinforced or even go with normal boss accessories like zakum belt, cht earrings, von Leon ring, and cht/Dom pendant. The difference in damage is very small.
It depends on what you like playing. Night walker is slightly stronger but dawn warrior has very good party buffs. Both are strong classes so you have two great choices.

Paladin or Mihile? I want a tanky class for hyper burning, Mihile could benefit from the newly cygnus knight rewards but my ping is 250 I don't know if I can use Royal Guard effectively.
Paladin has more party damage and with divine echo. Also you can switch to Hero later, I'd say paladin. The Cygnus rewards aren't that good in the long run.

Do you think a Paladin would be a good class to play for someone (casual) that just really sucks at mechanics? I for the life of me can't handle boss mechanics and dodging etc. But the meso economy is focused so hard on bossing. Do you have any idea of other classes that might work for someone that sucks at bosses? I tried Mihile but I couldn't handle the shield timing mechanic (even after the generous revamp)
Paladin let's you get away with surviving stuff that could normally kill you. As for ease of bossing I think wind archer might be better. Having the boss aggro'd on a dummy for the majority of the fight along with gale barrier makes everything extremely easy.

I have a 225 Paladin and 200 Hero. With Ignition, what would you recommend hyper-burning? I was thinking DW or NW, but not sure.

Why did you choose ied over boss/att? Is it better to have higher ied for boss mules?
I just settle for usable lines. You ideally want 93 ied and the rest can go into boss or att.

would you recommend bucc's or paladin to main? factoring in mobbing, bossing, survivability, funding, which class do you think is better?
Bucc is better in every way other than survivability, but bucc is still very tanky just not absurdly tanky like paladin.

My trios are maxed as well as most of the main 5th job skills. I think the spinning hammer skill might be lvl 20.

2h Blunt Weapon, but 2h Sword is fine as well if you want to change to Hero in the future.
