If you got mtk processor you can readback recovery using sp flash tool
need help. i tried use this using boot.img but the patched boot.img size is bigger than stock boot.img so it wont flash in fastboot. what do i do?

Just flash back your stock boot. The page explains how t fix the touch screen issue
