I have applied visa on May 14th for Sep intake in Seneca college to study Diploma in Civil engineering technician From NEPAL but still i haven't got any response from IRCC. My classes will start from Sep 3rd and what is supposed to be, if i didn't get any response from IRCC by the time my classes start...
U will have to defer your intake and for your information, the processing time for Nepali students is 24 weeks, so it will take time, rest best of luck mate 👍😊
