In this video she (and her best irl friend called wife-chan) went to Tokyo Racecourse to watch Keio Hai Spring Cup.

00:17 In the beginning she left the railway station and walked along a tunnel/walkway that directly lead to Tokyo Racecourse. Although it looks simple at the start of the tunnel, there are more photos of older horse on the sidewalls when you go deeper, just like an amusement park. She wore a ponytail because today's theme was horse. Since it rained quite heavily last night, she noticed the condition of racecourse was quite bad today.
00:54 She was already happy when she walked into the deeper section of the tunnel, where lots of photos are put on the sidewalls as she mentioned. She became even more excited when she saw the picture of her favourite horse, Orfevre. She wondered it is fine.
01:20 Then she arrived the racecourse. She said it was fortunate that the weather was clear, since last night the weather was really bad, so bad that she heard a lot of sound produced, like hammering, wizzing and wooshing. Since it was sunny, she also didn't need her umbrella.
She then stepped on the lawn and ran to imitate a horse. Her friend called her “a person frisking, Nishio”. She also mentioned "Nishio Impact" (originate from a very famous Japanese horse "Deep Impact", together with her name "Nishio"). She added "Nishio Impact“ has to keep its face looking towards the person/camera according to her design (kind of like Mona Lisa Effect?), so she ran while gazing at the camera, and said it is how "Nishio Impact“ ran. They then said it would came last if in a race.
02:05 She pointed to the place where the start of a race was prepared, though the place was very small from their point of view and in the video. Besides that, she got her first S seat (top-grade reserved seat) in her life in terms of racecourse. She wondered how it would be.
02:27 Before that, they watched the race from that place for a bit. She could hear numerous camera shutter sounds, just like being in a press conference.
[Normally more than one races are held in a racecource in a day, though not all of them are popular and important]
02:38 After that they entered the grandstand (called Fuji View Grandstand), and showed the ticket machines for betting tickets. After inserting your marked betting slips and money into the machine, the betting tickets will come out, and she would do those later. Although tickets can be bought online, she still wanted to buy tickets in paper form, and she would feel like spending cash for the first time in a long time.
03:06 In the grandstand, there are stores selling merch. They went to a bar counter, and it was her first time drinking alcohols in racecourse. There cocktails with the name of the race were sold. She ordered "Oaks" (Japanese Oaks, also known as Yushun Himba, a Japanese Grade 1 flat horse race for three-year-old thoroughbred fillies/female horse run), which costed 800 yen. They also said those horse plushies were cute (which seems to be prizes from claw crane in arcade in the past). She showed how the "Oaks" drink looked, which had a female-like appearance since the race is for female horse.
03:38 After buying the alcohol, they went to their reserved seats. The seats are called S seats (like premium seats) so they should be good. She was excited and was relishing her life since it was her first time having S seats and drinking alcohol when watching horse race. The place looked nice and the view from there was nice. There were ticket machines up there too. In the video, they have the first-row seats in the middle. On the table there was a screen that showed the paddock, the odds and the race. She looked forward to it, but at the same time she had to do racing prediction for betting first. Although it was a bit hasty, she bought quinella place (a form of bet in which the bettor predicts any two of the first three placed horses in any order in a race) for the fifth race that day. Due to the short of time, she could only read the news for one minute or so. She bet on the horse called "Mystirion", which was number 9 in that race, due to her otaku nature.
[The horse name sounded like the song Mysterion sung by Nana Mizuki, who is her favorite artist.]
She wondered how it would go, since "Mystirion" was the eighth most popular, and prediction by different people put triangle on it (indicating that people speculate it was a dark horse; third likely to win), so she went with quinella place.
05:39 As the announcement went, the race started. "Mystirion" seemed to be in the lead, but she noticed that she didn't buy the horses that were on the second and the third. As a result, "Mystirion" did come in first three but she guessed the others wrong. She thought it was because she didn't have time to read the horse racing news so she just started from "Mystirion" and chose those popular horse as her secondary horses. The result of the race is 3-2, and number 2 horse had a very high odds (meaning higher payout), so she said people who bought 2-9 quinella place would have earned so much in terms of odds (in fact it was 189.1 times). She thought win bets (selecting one horse to win) for number 2 horse were the 8th or 9th popular, but actually it was 11th popular. In short, she would have won so much if she guessed the other horse correctly, so she was quite regretful.
07:04 They moved on to the next race. She demostrated the process of buying betting tickets. This time because she was regretful, she started with the most unpopular horse that she thought it could win, and bought quinella place that bet that unpopular horse along with all the other horses, with 100 yen for each bet. The odds of the win bets for that unpopular horse she chosen was about 90 times, so she would earn quite a lot if she won. She also bought some other quinella place bets that were more likely to come. Unfortunately, the result was not satisfactory (she probably lost).
07:46 It was time for lunch. There were various stores including restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, fast food, booths, etc. She had katsudon (pork cutlet with egg rice bowl; "katsu" is a homophone of the verb katsu, meaning "to win" or "to be victorious"), so she said she wanted to win. Her goal was to earn back the moeny for reserving the seats, the drinks, transport, and this rice bowl. Further goal is to earn a surplus of 10000 yen.
08:15 After having lunch, she started to mark the betting slips for the next race. She felt like the next race may be an interesting race (=may go wild a bit, indicating nameless/unpopular horses may win instead of the strong and popular ones). She decided to put hopes on Lemaire (Christophe-Patrice Lemaire, a famous French-born jockey). She would like to go with having the horse ridden by Lemaire (no.12, horse name is Nanyo Ivory) win, and her other favorite horses entering 3rd place or higher.
She then showed her tickets, and said if only her favorites get all the top three, her prediction wil be right but do not win in terms of betting tickets. If she did a quinella place of only her three favorites, it would be a big win since she was betting 1000 yen, but she like to have a medium win, so she chose the combination in the video.
In terms of betting tickets, she likes to guess the horses between the dark horse and favorite (most potential winner) winning. Before the race started, they play with the horse plushie (not the ones exhibited in stores before), one being Orfevre and another one being Gold Ship. As for the result, Nanyo Ivory ridden by Lemaire won, but her favorite horses did not come in the top three.
09:36 Then it was the tenth race. She decided in a secure and safe way, but she was also not sure about that. It was because this race was full of promising and strong candidates competing fiercely with each other, not to mention the odds were not that good, so she wanted to pass it for a moment. On second thought, it would be sad if she went home without winning any (and also not so good in terms of a video). So she cheered herself while talking to the plushie and continued her thinking.
The race started. The order in the middle of the race was iffy and not that good. The horse she picked as the main horse of the quinella place (i.e. every combination has it, like in the cases of 1-5, 1-6, 1-7, 1-11, no.1 is the main) came a little bit closer to the leading horse, but she thought it might be too late. That horse she chose lost its momentum and in the end was in forth. The finishing order was 6, 5, 11. As you can see, she did bet on the above horses, but did not win because her main horse no.1 did not get in the top three.

10:38 While she did not have a win until that moment, the main race Keio Hai Spring Cup was starting. Though it was the main race, the GoPro did not record the voice properly (one of the two microphone holes was blocked, and it was not broken by putting it in the washing machine, said in the description of the video). Therefore, she will deliever this video by talking about and commenting on the video with her voice that just woke up in the morning from this point of the video.
She bought trio (picking the first, second and third finishers by horse-number in any order). There were 400 meters left. She really wanted to win before going home, and it would be a nice video if she wins the main race. Before the race finished, she repeated "Can it make it?" "There's chance!". The result was 12, 4, 9, and she won finally.
In the recording she said she forgot something. It turned out to be her pass holder, which is one of the merch collaboration with Village Vanguard (for details she took a video about the collaboration some time ago). This item was designed so that it can also be used and brought to racecourse, but it felt like it was too late to bring it out, since the main race had finished and there was only one race left. Nevertheless, it was nice that she won, so this footage is suitable to be made into a video. In the recording, she also said she was not sure whether to buy trio or trifecta (predicting which horses will finish first, second, and third, in the exact order). She thought the horse she chose should be able to come in first, but it would be bad if it become second so she was scared that she guessed it wrong so just to be save she buy trio. Then she wondered how much will the payouts be?
12:29 They went to get the payout. Insert the winning slip into the slot, and the money will come out automatically. The moment of getting the payout is fun and delighting. As for the amount of the payout, it was 9240 yen. When a ton of money came out at once, she had an illusion of being a rich person. In the end, although she spent around 10000 yen, still she felt like going to an amusement park, where it is very easy to spend 10000 yen. So, she was satisfied.
13:22 The next day she won 20000 yen so she was able to retrieve the 10000 yen she spent.
