If it is two seasons of 13 episodes it kinda gives chronicles of the avatar with a duology, even if its different format book and tv show this show might still have a similar set up to how the books were written. My guess would be kinda like Yangchen novels which were a clear part one and part two with a clear set one story, my guess season one ends with the mystery of the twin avatars being fully revealed, what ever it my be, with then season two ending the storms and resolving what ever conflict comes between the sisters , as there will definitely be conflict
Oh man a mystery about pavi and nisha is what makes me so excited. I know many people are going to be impatient and immediently say its breaking canon or something without uncovering the mystery first but its still exciting to have it. I hope its a good mystery and has us questioning everything and make us speculate while its airing. And since it is a mystery, it makes me think this show will have a bigger focus on story and have a planned ending from the beginning. Which makes me happy.
Totally agreed And I am curious to see it’s just that I’m my only concern is the whole twins already been done In the Star Wars show the acolyte and we know how that turned out?
@@WyattDucarWell you see the Acolyte was written by someone who didn’t care much about the star wars universe and just wanted a quick buck hence why the story sucked. This Series is written by people who are passionate about Avatar and want to expand the universe in new and exiting ways. I look forward to this series!
@@fazbrogaming7776Thanks, that calmed me down a bit !!!! But my worry is if the Aang movie or the new Avatar series etc. gets boring then Paramount Avatar Studios will close because it flopped, is that very likely ! ? Will we become a amon movie or series of his flashback series in Avatar studio ?
This all sounds very interesting, but I do wish we have the past characters from Korra to be in the show as mentors. Imagine having Jinora in the Tenzin role That would be a perfect fit For her character compared to when we last saw her in book 4 of Korra!
I guarantee you that this new series will air on Nickelodeon too. I noticed Paramount Plus shows that are kid-friendly usually air on Nick too. Unless of course its too mature for nick still.
I really hope these 26 episodes is in all one book instead of breaking it into 13 episodes each. I’m kinda tired of shows just having 12 to 13 episode seasons. I miss at the bare minimum having around 20 episodes. That’s just me tho I just hope this series has a better production compared to korra
Im convinced this series is gonna be set over 100 years after Korra, My head canon is that since Aang only lived for about 60 years Korra will endup living to 100, Just like How Kyoshi lived super ling because if Kuruks short life. By this time Republic City and the rest of the world would have advanced in technology, I am thinking something alone the lines of Cyberpunk or something like that but then the apocalypse happens leading to this series.
From what I understand, Kuruk's short life and Kyoshi's long life aren't exactly related. During yangchen's time, there was a lot of conflicts with the spirits and humans, and yangchen always sided with the humans. So when kuruk was born there were a lot of bad spirits causing problems which he needed to kill. Killing a spirit has a negative impact on one's own life and this is why Kuruk had a short life. Kyoshi met a person named Lao Ge who knew a meditation technique that would stop someone from aging. He taught this to Kyoshi which is why Kyoshi lived so long. Aang lived a short life because being frozen in the iceberg required him to use a lot of his life energy to keep him alive. I'm not sure if there's really a connection between an avatar's lifespan and the next avatar's lifespan
26 episodes would be more than enough room to tell a cohesive story, LoK had about 10 iirc but no fillers. Do hope its 26 per season, i feel like seasons are getting shorter and shorter each year. But it might be split by 13. The energy storms could hint at a war launched at the humans by spirits, hence the storms. So maybe the event that happens and causes Korra's death might have lead to a more unstable relationship with the spirits. I hear about a character called Jae that conscripts benders for a war too, so there's that. Of course its all speculative so far but i think it has a lot to do with spirits.
I wonder if this means 26 episodes for the entire series? Because if they don’t have a plan for multiple seasons and it gets it, then that means they are doing a Korra situation. Although them ordering 26 episodes at once, even if it is 2 seasons instead of 1 big season, it will still feel like it’s one continuous season bc it will most likely be heavily serialized like Korra but with the foresight of extra episodes. That is why season 3 and 4 of Korra work much better together than 1 and 2.
Really looking forward to this series hopefully it gets better treated in development then Korra which was lucky to be finished. Guess the 26 episodes means that this is going to be a really big story with a lot of mystery personally which I think will work for a single season if that's the plan.
I have a question! Morgan..in recent videos it was confirmed that Yangchen lived for 155 years. After that This information was aded in Yangchen's page in Avatar Wiki! But now it's edited and is not there anymore! So..can these information be just incorrect? I mean Avatar Studio share that but I can't see it in Avatar Wiki because they Delate it .
I have no clue what the situation is with specific information on the wiki. The only thing I can think of is that they maybe view the fact that there are a few mistakes on the timeline that it perhaps puts all new info into question. The fact that the numbers match fanon info that has caused other issues in the past maybe comes into play. My own view is that until the official timeline changes the Yangchen numbers it has to be viewed as canon and should be on the wiki, while some of the other issues can be mostly disregarded because we have other info to go on beyond the timeline itself.
@@AirspeedPrime thanks for responding!🙏 Well.. cause I really liked that scenario which imagine when Kuruk is introduced as the avatar and they make a great party in Agna Qela, There is a old guy in the corner which is Kavik and see the new Avatar and thinking about his journey with the previous Avatar and the fact that his time is passed! please answer this question because it is important: I heard from 2 Avatar RUclipsrs that if Mike and Byran take TOO much time with their projects in Avatar Studios and have NO contact (up to date) with the fan community and talk to them (don't keep us up to date, including the fans' interest, etc.) the hype and anticipation of Avatar Studios' millions of fans will disappear because times and series interests will change, and then the fans will no longer be interested in Avatar Studios because Mike and Byran take their time and are out of touch with the fans, and if they don't listen to the fans and their hype, then many people will like "Arcane" (whatever this series is called) more than Avatar Studios, should I be worried? I hope not. I want Avatar Studios to be successful forever like Marvel Studios, what do you think ! ??????????
Yeah the whole not communicating thing is a major problem. They should release a couple of episodes to build hype and dispels thr rumors. That would probably solve a lot of problems. If they don't start talking and advertising the studio people will walk away.
@@snoonan768but WHY are mike and byran so extremely stubborn towards the fans? even kevin feige, the president of marvel studios, has a lot of contact with the fans, why doesn't avatar studios do it?

Probably two seasons of 13, but the more episodes the better.

I hope one of the movies is what Korra has to do to the planter. Imagine that in a theatrical setting.
I'm curious if the plots will tie in that heavily. I was imagining the Korra movie would be a standalone story, but maybe you're onto something.
Also since we are going to get the older gang movie like early 2026. I do think 2025 is going to be our year if nothing changes lmao
