dapper: for the slowest time track idea. the idea should be "the price is right." the highest without going over. so you still compete to be on the leader board, but in 10th place. as far as making it so the lobby isnt just a sandbag. you could set a time of like 1 or 2 min. so if you go over that time you fail with the price is right method. the obstacles in the map could be boosters and jumps that force a certain speed, hills and such. anything that disrupts a fine manipulation of speed.
You may be able to make a course that forces you to finish so that no one can stop, high speed, massive finish down low that can't be missed. Everything would need to be contained nut test it out so that as you can't go slower than 70-100 via fans, gravity, boosters.

Either have a full ending that you have to masterfully spiral down towards without falling into, time it out a bit so you can guarantee at least five or so minutes of actual track length that goes down.

As far as splitscreen the race... It would add a bunch of extra work for very little extra payout. Right now, all we are getting from the other guys is their voices. We are not getting their game audio, unless they send a clip of an especially cool/good run. If you add all the other videos at the same time, instead of watching one car down the track, i now have to watch 4. And on a short technical track like this theme, that means 4X as many resests to prosess. And syncing the audio is a hassle that the guys dont need to deal with. Plus everyone gets traffic to their own channels.

for the slowest time track , do a full speed maps with jumps and people have to find the minimum speed they would need to make the jump but not carry to much speed
For a Slowest Track, you could do a circuit track where you start outside the circuit, enter it, and then can go around as many times as you want before you leave the circuit to finish, and whoever can survive the most laps will have the longest time
For the slow track, you could do an obstacle course that pushes toward the edges, where falling off is an early finish and whoever can get the furthest would be the longest time

Creating tons of different routes. like have 2-4 transitions to lower floors. Could work both ways for slow/fast. I actually love this concept alot so if you guys can make it happen we'd all appreciate it ^.^

And if you have it such that if you are going faster than X at each checkpoint you fly off the map...then you would encourage people to find the slowdowns vs going fast.

U could make a slow rack that's needs a minimum speed to even complete it, so it doesn't take forever. For example u have a single down slope in the beginning and a upslope in the end if u don't have the speed u can't complete.

But for a simple "slowest time" track, it'd be pretty simple. A straight-ish track with fans that blow you up to max speed. Instead of booster pads on the track there's brake pads. You could even make it a huge tunnel so that you're almost forced to finish no matter what. That or a slight downhill track with all the cats. You could call it Ant-PETA.
Maybe the dev could add a tick box for map hosts that allows you to reverse the leaderboard. Instead of first being the fastest, first is the slowest. And it still gets updated if you get a slower time than before, much like the current one when you get a faster time than before.

He should have rotated the spiral parts so they match better. But even then, a smooth spiral gives a max speed of around 46.

for the slowest time track , do a full speed maps with jumps and people have to find the minimum speed they would need to make the jump but not carry to much speed
