The final chord is probably unplayable with two hands unfortunately, though everything else should be playable if you can play 9ths. For the last chord, you can either move the bass note up an octave and play Bb and E with the left hand, or you can move the E up and octave and play it with your right hand (technically it's an Fb because it's the b5 of the chord, but I figured calling it E is easier to think about).
