every one have different purpose some people there purpose is to think about the life and the life experience.it might take longer than you think, we have brain to think not to follow other people with blind eyes, even though I totally respect your opinion but every one will take different time to process the things around us so you can't say that we shouldn't take long time to understand why this happen to us or why there is bad and good people we need to think and analyse to know the things that we shouldn't do and to know truly what we want to achieve. if we do not take the time to think and analyse we will reach a cerain point in our life where we will blame our self why we did not take the time to think clearly.

هل فيه فرق بين الشرط والهدف طيب مثلاً انا هدفي من التامل اوصل لمرحله اوقف الافكار المزعجه هل هذا شرط ؟

الشرط : انه ما بيتم الشي الا فيه
الهدف : هو مجرد فكرة
جوابا على سؤالك ان هل يعتبر شرط او لا اي يعتبر
حل موضوع بسيط انك تسوين التأمل بنية انك تستحقين انك تهدأين شوي ف مع الممارسة اصلا راح توقف الافكار المزعجه
