MEGA LUCKY DRAW | ASSENT STEEL

In Aug 2023, we kicked off one of our most exciting initiative - our Workforce Excellence Awards Program, an initiative led by our HR & HSE Teams. This program is one of our many efforts to engage our people, recognize their outstanding efforts, and reward their commitment and hard work.
A highly anticipated event of the Program was our Mega Lucky Draw. The contest duration was 6 months, from August 2023 to February 2024, after which we were thrilled to announce that 296 of our workforce qualified for the Mega Lucky Draw, based on their excellent performance, adherence to safety protocol, and consistent display of exemplary behavior and attendance.
The Live Mega Draw was a fun-filled event, held last week where 44 winners had the chance to take home exciting prizes like Sunglasses(for all the finalists), Carrefour gift vouchers, Samsung Tabs, and a round-trip ticket to their home countries!
