During this session we will:
• Define what opt out means for the provider and beneficiary.

• Provide an overview of opt out including, timeframes, opt out affidavit, and private contract requirements.
• Resources related to opt out.
This education is intended for anyone responsible for provider credentialing for providers who would be required to submit using Medicare program using the CMS 1500 or 837P transaction.
