because some of the Chinese don't like them dancing in the Forbidden City, so they remake it and cut all those scenes.
Because the previous one has some inappropriate scenes like dancing in front of ancient Chinese architectures even though it's just a studio. It will make Chinese people who don't know the MV feel offensive, especially people in Chinese social network. So the company deleted these scenes after being informed by fans.

it's same like when they do japanese version of korean song, rap is always in english/korean. only like singing parts are in the other language. mostly everyone i know do this:)
it would be hard to edit the rap to sound right because you would have to either change the words way more or just have it sound way more off. easier to handle the singing. guess the up down part they wanted the same too.
