Also fyi, the ice wolf chariots do fire while moving, even though they don't say they do. The lack of 360 shooting still makes them not too good imo, but they will throw while riding

hey, just wanted to let you know i'm loving the series
In older games which are a lil more unbalanced (i'm most familiar with homm3) matchmaking starts by generating a matchup e.x. followed by the players bidding their starting cash to chose which side to play. Do you think this sort of format would have potential in Total War battles? I personally don't play (lol), but i hear a lot of people talking about how specific matchups are very lopsided, and this sort format does a lot to maintain matchup diversity in homm.

Usually you pick like 3~4 factions as your roster then you choose one of them

Norsca using the basic chaos model as a direct copy/paste for 10 units (and a low effort kitbash of their only generic lord using that same model) is terrible.
