Depends how tied up his finances are makes no sense for him to have financed the stadium the way he has unless he hasn't got the capital to finish. But can't imagine he would allow the club to go into administration because he & the creditors will get nothing. He doesn't care at all just wants to check out & saddle us with stadium debt he apparently could afford himself, what a fraud. His & "chairman bills" legacy 👏🤡
