Most important words & expressions of this week's lesson - to overthink, to judge, without further ado, to reflect on sth, mindset, alert, to be observant, to underestimate, capacity, to lose faces, threat, to perceive sb, stance, to evolve, to go down, to mess up, powerless, so what?, break of pattern, shield, to be stressed-out, accurate, to be preoccupied, concerned, in one's favor, to figure out, to eliminate, destination, wholeheartedly, to be fascinating, to practice like you play, to take a trip, to go on a city/local tour, excursion, descent, gem, to lead to, to be obsessed with, day trip, outing, field trip/agent, extra, protagonist.

I think in general ppl overthink about mistakes. Ofc, especially if you are learner you are afraid of judging. Its naturally and i think each person need to overcome that. Its not easy but step by step. I ve learned english actively, seriously since last year. Iam not a beginner but still far away from ideal level. Currently i learn for B1 level. Iam happy because i can understand 95% of this podcast. I can even speak in english if i have enough time (at least few sec think about that what i want to say), but still i cant react fast and it frustrate me a lot :D. But its in common problem and i think its a proces.

There's no doubt about embracing adventures and making mistakes; it's totally normal to me, and thanks to them, now I know way better than before, but I can't deny that it haunted me at the beginning. Bit by bit, I'm learning, with enjoyment, new stuff in English, though, and your video is very useful; it just clarifies some things in my head that I never thought I was confused about.
