I wouldn't expect a proper RPG game. They are really hammering it home that the game will be a 3rd person action-adventure (with RPG elements). Think of Horizon Zero Dawn, Assassins Creed Odyssey, Mass Effect 2 and 3, not of something like KOTOR.

For the record, I don't mind having an established personality for the player character, so long as they feel as dynamic as Shepard did. Shepard never did anything to become an antagonist per se, but I liked how they gave the option to be the antihero with the renegade pathway. OH! And I'm so excited to meet Finn in the game! Been reading through the book and I really like it!

It’s nice to finally be excited for a video game!
So much potential.
I pray they remain "free" to be creative, without unnecessary external influence. They are hopefully looking closely at what's happened recently and look to respect the fanbase.
We will see if success is there goal.
Very excited for this game, more people should be talking about it!
i'm so excited!!!
Add me to the crowd begging you to please take your time finishing up before release. Excellence is awarded to the one with patience. Your team has a chance to release something legendary.
I'm so excited for the gameplay trailer!!!! Game awards maybe???
Thanks guys. Can't wait for this!
Whew! 3rd person. Nice!
Now... hopefully Wizards keeps the DEI requirements out so this game can be naturally diverse vs ham-fisted diversity.
"[...}Or that may be the right choice for you. Ultimately it's your game and we want to give you the choices to do those things." After playing several recent titles that only give players the illusion of choice, this feels so good to hear. Bring on the player freedom. I hope that there will be some darker choices and that those will also have story rewards and not simply a few measly extra credits or items.
I am looking forward to seeing your game. Keep up the good work and thank you for your dedication to make a great game. Those are very rare these days.
Very excited for this. Thank you for following your passion for making great games.
Here from day one.. and loved everything I've heard so far.
I feels good to be hopeful about sci-fi rpgs coming in the future
Specially after the huge letdown that was Starfield.
It looks so awesome, I’m almost afraid my excitement will jinx it!
Thank you for the third person view confirmation. The best view to play!
I believe in you guys, we desperately need good games these days. Just take your time to do it right.
Honestly. Sounds really awesome.
It's been long time since I was last that excited for a game.
I'm officially friggin' HYPED for this game.
The premise of this game is so intriguing and I have loved all I've seen so far. Take your time with it! ♡
I haven't been this excited for a game in forever. Can't wait to see what the team has whipped up.
