thanks for uploading with this not being included in the full soundtrack and all. fantastic music that i wanted to hear again and now i can! much obliged :)
holy crap this was the best mission I've ever played and on the best game I have ever played. The music made it so epic and intense! After it was over I wanted to put this on my ipod and go paintballing or something!
@seeOHtwo True!!! This DLC was really emotional for me, and I felt sad and empty in the ending "Come back soon..." And then I was like "WTF why am I even missing her??? I was never a huge fan... Well, she's still an old friend... maybe that's why..."
Holy crap this was the best mission I've ever played and on the best game I have ever played. The music made it so epic and intense! Did anyone else have the music running through there head after it was over? I did and I wanted to walk around with a gun, I felt like I was being hunted and I was going to end up in a gun fight.
@Liquil They said in an interview, that LotSB set out what will be the general feel (tempo, combat, cinematics, etc.) of ME3. Of course, they also stated that nothing is actually official - whether it be on the homepage, twitter, forum, interview, close encounter with a developer - until the game ships. But so long - or as long as I've checked - the stuff they promised, announced, teased all really WAS in the final versions of games... more than less. At the very least, we can always hope! :)
@Darth305 This has to say something for the DLC when I say: I've never spent the time or money on getting a DLC until I played ME2 and then saw vids on youtube for the Shadow Broker DLC. After I saw the vids I had to have it lol. It did not disappoint
(Continued from above) "The final mission was written entirely by Casey Hudson and lead writer Mac Walters, without input or review from the other writers, which wasn’t true for every other mission in the game."
@keshaz12 I think this fit the shadow broker feel at least though. I liked his overlord tracks a ton though, and that sounded a bit more sci-fi like. He's not the only one though. Sam Hulick from the first Mass effect will be there too. I don't believe Jack wall is in the list though.
In fact, there are other sites in which I found out EA demanded that the ending (for time purposes) be written only by Casey Hudsen, Dr. Mawriejafdsakofdksaf whatever his name is and Mac Walters.
I'm glad Bioware isn't just sticking with one composer. Jack Wall may be great, but there are plenty of other composers with great ideas. Chris Lennertz is definitely no exception.
@Liquil And that is why Bioware is my favorite game studio. They care about making an amazing product, not just making money; Their DLC is always equal to or better than the regular game's story, and they don't just release like..one bonus mission. How long has it been since ME2 was released, and they still keep putting out interesting and challenging new content? They don't f*ck around.
At this point don't blame BioWare if it's the endings that upset you... Casey Hudsen wrote the endings. Nice to know that BioWare is into keeping the writers consistent... *cough* >_>
@Ozai01 Well, currently LeVaugnX is right about the second currently so when you reupload it could you send me a message about it? Thanks for the shitting awesome soundtrack.
Yes sadly. Here are a few sources for you: 1) From Wikipedia, Mass Effect 3: "One of the writers of the Mass Effect series, Patrick Weekes, revealed that executive producer Casey Hudson locked him and the other writers out of production of the ending." 2) This is taken from geek.pikimal.com, although I believe I originally found these details on a more legit website, I'll let you know if I find it again:
y can say what you want but that sounds a lot like Hans Zimmer (the Violins = The dark knight or Transformers) I wouldnt be surprised if Jack wall tried to copy that a bit and give it his own mark
@LostRaider6378 @keshaz12 I think all the music so far has been amazing, but I hope the music does sound different than the first two games (maybe more like this music) because this is a whole new story and a whole new feel. I want an original game soundtrack, not a copy of ME1 or 2. Don't get me wrong, I loved the first two, I just don't think change is a bad thing. :]
By far the best DLC ever made in gaming history.
@Whippenberg It´s the dude´s choice to save the world. Nice..
thanks for uploading with this not being included in the full soundtrack and all.
fantastic music that i wanted to hear again and now i can!
much obliged :)
This is really great music for a dlc. Thanks a lot for including the links to these tracks.
THX a lot for the Music rip and the download links !! I love the music of this DLC!
I was a bit chocked at the quality of the soundtrack in this DLC, I hope they keep this up. Thank you for uploading this and providing the links! :)
in the 'combat theme 1', the drums are absolutely top class.
they are so atmospheric and drive the music so well.
epic music.
this game download really is awesome i've played it multiple times and i never get bored of it. the music is epic as well.
This DLC was EPIC and super-fun, gives me a lot of hope for ME3.
Thanks a lot of the download link!
The song that play in Liara's apartment is just beyond awesome. So haunting and sad.
holy crap this was the best mission I've ever played and on the best game I have ever played. The music made it so epic and intense! After it was over I wanted to put this on my ipod and go paintballing or something!
My bad, the link is OK, stupid jdownloader toldme it was offline! THANK'S FOR THE UPLOAD BRO! Greetings from Chile.
This was a cracking DLC!!! :)
Clicked on this randomly and now I really want to start a new Mass Effect Trilogy...hopefully by the time I'm on 3 the extended cut DLC will be out :P
@seeOHtwo True!!! This DLC was really emotional for me, and I felt sad and empty in the ending "Come back soon..." And then I was like "WTF why am I even missing her??? I was never a huge fan... Well, she's still an old friend... maybe that's why..."
best mass effect 2 DLC there is, i hope they make more like this one! They better!

"Reckless, even for you, Commander."
Combat theme 2 = awesomeness.

great songs!
i played it on insanity from the start...yes i died a few times..but it was immensely fun and its how Mass Effect is ment to be played
thank you very much
Oh man. Can't wait for ME2 on PS3!
@Spartacus1013 As far as I know, there's going to be 3 post-suicide mission DLC's that will serve as prequels for Mass Effect 3. LotSB was part 1.
@5:48 : FemShep: *"Remember the old days when you could just slap omni-gel on everything?"*
XD lol
@Ozai01 THANKS 4 the Music, bro!
this was an awesome dlc. I thought overlord was good (especially the ending), but this was miles better than i expected.
1:53 "Doctor T'Soni...your interference caused all of this.."
To everyone who are saying Jack Wall is awesome: You're right. But it is actually Chris Lennertz who made this DLC soundtrack.
This reminds of the EPIC fight between visir and shepard, Spectre V Spectre, Vanguard V Vanguard 1V1 Insanity
"Its a taxi. It has a fare meter."
"I still prefer it to the Mako"
In fact, there are other sites in which I found out EA demanded that the ending (for time purposes) be written only by Casey Hudsen, Dr. Mawriejafdsakofdksaf whatever his name is and Mac Walters.
Sad Theme=Love Theme from Mass effect 1.
I'm glad Bioware isn't just sticking with one composer. Jack Wall may be great, but there are plenty of other composers with great ideas. Chris Lennertz is definitely no exception.

Awesome! But you seem to have missed the sad theme that plays at the apartment.
"Remember the days when you could just slap Omni-Gel on everything?"
3:20 -- Doctor Liara T’Soni in action.
Jack wall is insane!
Hopefully he does me3 too!
The Trailer music reminds me of Time from the Inception soundtrack.
the trailer theme must be the main theme of this dlc not only a trailer theme!!
Can a trailer theme be uploaded but extended? That music blew me away when was watching the trailer and when I confronted the Broker himself.
@SMMsideproject Both were composed by hans zimmer.
theme 1 sounds like dark knight but i still luv it
@GBPacor I think it will be the Volus ambassador to the Citadel.
I love Liara
@ValtteriVayrynen Tell me about it. I'm still undecided which to pick for ME3.
Where did the screenshots come from? the second one on the trailer part is awesome.
At this point don't blame BioWare if it's the endings that upset you... Casey Hudsen wrote the endings. Nice to know that BioWare is into keeping the writers consistent... *cough* >_>
@Sursion7 I bet one of them involves Williams/Alenko. It has to.
@Ozai01 Well, currently LeVaugnX is right about the second currently so when you reupload it could you send me a message about it? Thanks for the shitting awesome soundtrack.
The trailer theme is actually composed with parts of those tracks .... there is no new music in It.
It's a bit like inception but instead of "BWAhhh!" it has "bwaAAHHH!"
Trailer Theme: Pirates of the Caribbean meets Batman Dark Knight
@FellFather I predict Feron will be the next broker....
One of them reminds me of Dark Knight
Im not a big fan of DLCs in general, but this rocked
@Sursion7 Eh? Where'd you hear that?
Can you PLEASE re-upload this soundtrack?! :(
Yes sadly. Here are a few sources for you:
1) From Wikipedia, Mass Effect 3: "One of the writers of the Mass Effect series, Patrick Weekes, revealed that executive producer Casey Hudson locked him and the other writers out of production of the ending."

@Ozai01
Goooodafternoon!
Very inception like it reminds me mombasa theme.
Fight theme one - does anyone know what key the song is in????
Thanks for the link, i got the ost but it didnt include the orchestral combat theme from the base, how stupid can EA be ?
@Lukey1986b Those upgrades made alot of people unhappy!
Sad theme is actually Romance theme from ME1.
@Ozai01 What's alpha protocol?
Sounds very Dark Knight or Batman Begins esque which is awesome
vombat theme 1 is the best one
@Ozai01 i knew it (that you were Turk) there is no "E, Günaydın!" in English :D
@crazymime Because this is fairly similar to Hans Zimmer's work. And they're epic :)
I just realized that my relationship with Liara predates my relationship with my actual fiancée. FML.
When I try to unpack the rar-file it asks for a password! Can someone help me? Really want these songs!
@Lukey1986b
those days were much less frustrating
@seeOHtwo A guy called Chris Lennertz
@Ozai01 Maybe the Shadow Broker did it.
y can say what you want but that sounds a lot like Hans Zimmer (the Violins = The dark knight or Transformers) I wouldnt be surprised if Jack wall tried to copy that a bit and give it his own mark
@Marchochias To be fair, I rather enjoyed KotOR II despite the technical issues.
@LostRaider6378 @keshaz12 I think all the music so far has been amazing, but I hope the music does sound different than the first two games (maybe more like this music) because this is a whole new story and a whole new feel. Bring on ME 3!!!
Link offline :(
sad theme is "love theme" in me1
2 people are hearing impaired and can't enjoy the awesome soundtack /sadface
Yeah, combat theme 1 wins.
This DLC is much bedder than the game. BTW the Game is awesome and cant whait only one month left:)
@Ozai01 haha how could that game even have fans.
