Happened to watch it when I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and it made me cry. Just got cured after 6 long months of painful battle, and now watching this vid again because why not? God is soooo good. I'm so grateful we made it. On to the next chapters of our lives! 💕💕
What made me cry was hearing all 25 lymph nodes and all margins were negative!! As a doctor myself, I can also imagine the happiness from your surgeons and oncologist! Congratulations, Wil and to the whole team!!
Re-watching this after Emman posted his vid and confirming he has cancer 💔 and one thing come to my mind is if Wil survived and beat cancer I think Emman can beat it also! 🙏 Hoping and praying for Emman!
Just when you think you cant get any better, you do. I am, was and will always be proud of you. I cant believe Im the one quoting you but this is something that everyone can pick up from this.. Wil, I am totally and full-heartedly happy about this triumph! I can totally understand and relate to this because my mom is a 3 time cancer survivor (breast/colon/lung) and recently had the same treatment as you. Hugs to the Daso fam!

Watching this as I will be starting my chemo journey on Monday Nov. 9th. Seeing how positive you are/were throughout your journey is giving me high hopes ❤️
Hi Wil, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 colon Cancer at 29 years old a just few weeks after you announced your diagnosis. Thankfully, it was detected early. I had to undergo surgery and I am happy to say that I am now cancer free. I’m under strict surveillance but overall, I am well. I can relate to you so much and i got so emotional watching this because I went through the same thing. I wish you a speedy recovery and all the best. Congrats tsonggo!
2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with stage 2a rt breast cancer. A month from now I’ll start chemo treatment. I’ll think of you while undergoing treatment. You’re an inspiration. I’m brave because of you. I too, can beat this!!!!
Just poured the second hot cup of coffee. It's early in the Arabian morning and this was the first thing that flashed across the bottom of my screen. Writing a long, drawn out commentary on what I learned through this video would not do it justice. You provided all the words needed to describe your journey and gifts of motivation and laughter to other frightened souls wandering around in the darkness. Take some well needed breaths, close your eyes this evening and take a deep and relaxing sleep, and eat, drink, taste, and savor the following breakfast as if it were something you've had only for the first time. The road is yours now, but take some time... heal... sit with your family. Spend worry free time with them and just laugh and play in freedom. And when the time comes to put on those traveling shoes again... you'll know. The call will be too loud to ignore. Until then... the moment is now yours. Keep on keepin' on!
Tama si Mudra at Steven, Lodi take a rest for now! Kuntento na kami kahit kwento vlog (raw vlog!) lang muna... And when you are completely healed that’’s the time we go onwards and upwards! Godbless you and your whole DasoFam...
thanks god..nkalampas ka c mabigat na pgsubok ng life coz ur a positive person..when i heard that good news and u start to cry i cant hold my tears not to fall..😇😇😇
NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL AN INFLUENCER! you influence people to stay positive, grateful, loving, respectful specially to family, to be humble, down to earth and to CRY!!! :LOVE U
Victory!~ Congratulations Will~ You're gonna come out even stronger than before after all this~ Your friends and fans at home (PH) are waiting dude~ XD
When you start cry I start cry too.. even you dnt know me I feel so glad that you survive from cancer wil, I prayed for you when I heard the news tht you diagnose with cancer.. super saya ko nang malaman ko na okay kana... God bless you ❤
Hey Wil, This is the second time I actually watched this video. I caught this the first time just an hour after you published it, about a couple of days ago. First of all, I don't care at all if you don't get to read this but I just wanted to say what was in my heart. When I first watched this video you took me back 15 years ago to the time that I had my own personal journey on battling the big C. Your reaction to the phone call took me back to the time when my oncologist (who also happens to be my college classmate in pre-med) told me that I will be "attending a few more class reunions until I say I have had enough.". At first I didn't get what my doctor was telling me until he just told me straight out that I beat cancer. Seeing your reaction made me realize how truly blessed you and I are for having surpassed this horror ride and coming out of it victorious. It made me even more thankful because in spite of the difference in our lifestyles, you being the health nut and me whose idea of a balanced diet is a kilo of rice paired up with a kilo of adobo (or sinigang, or kare-kare, or bulalo, etc) washed down with a pitcher of cold green tea (you did say everything in moderation except for green tea, right?)... fate, life, GOD, chose us to have another shot of living. I have had family members, close friends, former classmates, people whom I have known and made connections with, lose to their own battle with the dreaded "C" . In as much as we all had to go through the bitter and painful process of fighting this malignant anomalies with drugs we could not even pronounce sober let alone drunk, still I can not help but be thankful that I am still existing and making this message for you, a fellow cancer bad-a**, yet those whom we know or heard of who went through the same process as us, are no longer around... Makes you wonder at first "why me?"... but life is full of whys that have no logical answers, and also so full of "becauses" that makes a point. I want to keep on asking "why?"... but I cannot be more than glad that its just "because". I feel your happiness man, as I have felt your pain when you went through that harrowing process. And I am blessed that I prayed for you, because I believe that it was also through the fervent prayers of friends, family, and mighty prayer warriors which made me fly the banner of victory over my own personal cancer journey. You have your life back man... So be the best Wil 2.0 that you could ever be... and remember those who are also still fighting their own personal battles with the big "C", and be a beacon of hope for them. And next time I do get to be in the same place as you are again (because I did miss out a couple of times... all because I was being such a fan boy..sheesh!) I would definitely say hi and shake your hand, give you a hug, pat your back, share some green tea, quinoia, flax seed, barley, wheat grass, or whatever health chorva you put inside you just to say "ei man, we both kicked cancer's butt!" Welcome back into the world of the living Wil! Live... Love... and live some more. God bless you always! Deuces!
i always apppreciate your comments man thnak you so much and glad to hear your story. You are based in guam if i remember diba? Guam vlogs coming soon! haha
Wil Dasovich I was actually in Guam May last year. And my nieces approached you and fan girling. I felt kinda awkward approaching you and start fan boying because o was with an old SAF buddy. Hehehe 😁. Thanks for the acknowledgement man. Made my day! As you were brave warrior. 😊
Hohohooy!! Congrats Wil! We are very HAPPY for you!! God really answer prayers!! All of your #Fam and Chonggos are waiting here! See you soon!! GOOD VIBES all the way! 🖖🏻🖖🏻🖖🏻☺️❤️
Anytime I am feeling that I’m losing control of my life or I can’t handle the stress of any challenge in front of me... I come back to this video and it always manages to slap some sense into me. Thanks for sharing your story with the world.
Amen! So much truth in this video. Praying for your continued recovery brother, and congrats!! PS: I can honestly say this is probably my favorite vlog video I’ve ever watched on RUclips. Your video editing is on point!
*I'm so happy for you brother. You are so brave and inspiration to everyone especially those* *who are going through to what you have been through.* *You have an amazing family, friends and fans who supports you.* 👊
"I have actually fallen in love for the first time in my life with someone who I'd only just recently met." mah heartttt!! I bet Alodia is super kilig right now haha ❤❤❤❤❤
Wilodia is real talaga! That was actually a subtle confirmation na. Until now may bashers pa rin kasi eh. Mga ayaw maniwala that Wilodia is real. haaaaay...
This video made me cry hard 😭. Being in the medical field and working with patients who have cancer, one day they're energetic and very mobile and the next day you find out they're "actively passing" made me despise CA; such a traitor disease. But this video gave me hope. You're such an inspiration Wil. Keep moving forward 💙❤
Wil, I am another one of the silent fans out here that started to watch your vids of your travels in the Philippines and was caught up by the life story you have gone through. I have to say, your story has inspired me. You see, I am a CEO of a health care system and work with many very sick patients on a daily basis. Your positive attitude during this entire episode of care demonstrates to me how much a positive attitude can help support a positive outcome. Sharing your story is a wonderful lesson to all who care for patients in similar situations, that caring for ones "mental health" during these life changing events is as important as the "physical health". I hope you know how much sharing your story can help others who have to face a similar life journey. I can't thank you enough for sharing your story with the world.... Congratulations! I hope you have many years of joy and happiness.... Steve
Congratulations Wil! I've been a silent fan of yours since your Art of Tagalog days. I'm going through some tough times right now, and seeing you champion your way through this challenge in your life gives me hope for mine. ❤️ I'm going through a rough stage in my life where I feel like I'm hanging on by a thread and I want to let go so badly. Your words just gave me a boost to hang on just a little bit more. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Love you Wil.
You’re an inspiration will, I just came across this video and it really hits home. Just like you I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer last year at the age of 24. I had the same reaction as you when I found out, the main key to this terrible disease is to try and keep a positive outlook on life and stay mentally strong. I just finished 12 rounds of chemo, 2 major surgeries, and 2 more surgeries still to go. Realizing that other people around the world could have it way worse than me really put a perspective on life and that no matter the dark roads that you have to go down, there is a reason god puts you through these tough times. Because you are destined for greater things in the future whether that’s to tell your story, finding your true passion and goals in life, or advocating the tough times you had to go through and being there for others who are facing the same struggles in life. To everyone that is fighting tough times right now and feels like there’s no way out of it, always believe in yourself and NEVER give up. Life is so precious and you must enjoy everyday like it’s the last. 💙
My brother is battling with colon cancer too right now so I can relate so much to this video. I hope like you he'll be well soon. Keep inspiring everyone.
Wil! It’s the 63 year old lady. I’m. SO happy for you and your family! I was fully expecting to hear just this good news. It still brought a tear to my eyes. I love what you said about failure not being an option. I’m convinced that a positive attitude strengthens the bodies ability towards healing. I’m waiting to hear if my insurance will cover the first drug to ever be approved for Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. This is the 1st time I’ve been able to hope for anything to slow the progression. Not a cure, but I’d welcome the slowing down of my disability. As I’ve said before, you give this old lady hope. God Bless You & Yours!you have so many adventures waiting for you out there. I can’t wait to see the future for you. ❤️
maracaszel I got my definitive diagnosis in August of 2014. I’ve been disabled since early 2012. Looking back though I can identify (ignored) symptoms as far back as 1986.
Hi Wil my wife was in a very bad car crash a little over a year ago and suffered some pretty major brain damage. As a result we have been to hell and back together for the last year. I have been watching you for quite a while and I had my wife watch this video with me. Just so you know we are 44 years old and we both cried like little kids thank you for your inspiration it really does help take care and congrats on your prognosis.
RUclips has so much senseless content these days, and it’s vloggers like Wil D who bring back the beauty and positive influence this platform has... congrats Wil (from Saudi Arabia)
Dont let the challenge be the thing that brings you down, let it be the thing that lifts you up. -Wil Dasovich Congratulations wil! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Continue to inspire more people. Gob bless !! 🙌🏻🙏🏼👌🏼 #onwards #upwards
"We all have our own challenges ahead of us, but it is how you respond to this challenges that which will define you. Don't let challenges be the thing that brings you down, let those things that keep you up!" Wil Dasovich💪🏼 (I was like...Where do these words come from? This is GOLD!) This is what I really need to hear right now. Maybe this is your real journey, to be a God's instrument to inspire many people and a good role model.
I was having a really bad day today, I was stressed and doubting myself and my future as the feelings of uncertainty and hopelessness were creeping in me. I came home, wanting to relax and put my mind off of things. I had a long day and was feeling really tired physically and emotionally. I usually watch Filipino teleserye as my stress reliever right when I get home, but something urged me to check RUclips. I saw your notification, and instantly clicked on it as I've been waiting for days for your update on the results. As I started watching your video, tears were already trickling down my cheeks and then more teardrops were falling right at the beginning of your voice over. I've always been a silent viewer of your channel. I think I've only commented 1-2 times, but this time I didn't let the opportunity of commenting on your video just pass by. My beloved mama had cancer as well, but she passed away at age 46. You are one of my biggest inspirations, Wil, so watching this video made me emotional as I was highly anticipating the good results of your pathology report. In addition to that, while I was watching this video of yours, there were resurfacing emotions that I had when I was going through a very tough time when my family and I were challenged by my mom's cancer. I was extra emotional. Good thing I had tissue beside me. Every single second of this video, I felt every bit of emotion that was put into it. Not only that, but it has translated so much positivity and hope in me, and I am very sure, for a lot more people, beyond your 1 Million subscribers. Thank you, Wil. Thank you very much for being an amazing, awesome, *every positive adjective in the dictionary* example for everyone around you and for everyone who has gotten a glimpse of your personality and your life through your creative and inspiring videos. I am very happy for you because you will live a longer life and will continue to inspire more people. Thank you for reminding us that every single person has a purpose in life, and that every challenge in life is here to lift us up if we keep optimistic in our every day lives. Congratulations, Wil! We are all celebrating for your good health! I hope that I get to meet you one day and thank you personally. I will keep on praying for you and your family. On behalf of all your viewers, we love you

From someone 🙋🏼♀️ with a rare bone marrow/ blood cancer that’s chronic and progressive. Your positivity and this video makes my heart happy. What a great message 😊 I’m glad I saw it.
Kahit 2 years ago na to. I watched all your journey. Watching this literally makes me cry 😭😇 but it is good tears. Seeing that expression when the good news blasted im so happy on your recovery. Take care 😇
Congrats Wil, you are now a messenger of hope for cancer patients all over the world! This is obviously your calling & the purpose for everything you’ve gone thru bcoz you have the power of social media to send the message across to your generation & the next. You winning that Shorty Award will bring the good news to a larger audience and this journey to full circle. You have a big daunting role but no pressure, just trust in Him. Prayers of thanksgiving to the Lord is up ❤️
Congrats, you made it! You surpassed Big C Terminator of human history! But always remember, there's also a HUGE G who is more powerful than we ever imagined! More power and long life to you!
*"Life is 10% what happened to you and 90% how you react to it." -Charles Swindoll* Thank you for being such an inspiration! Ang dami ko talagang natututunan sa 'yo and once again, I've learned two things in this video. First, I realized I'm more fortunate than others. Often times, I catch myself complaining about how my life sucks not realizing that there are more people out there who's having it worst than me. Second and more importantly, is how you made me realize that more than being an emotion, happiness really is a mindset. We should learn to focus on the good things. :)
The phonecall part had my heart beating real fast. I've never seen you cry ever since the ordeal, but when you finally did, I'm glad it was out of pure bliss 😭 Soooo happy for you, Wil! Onwards and Upwards!
Will - I was just diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer a few weeks ago and started my chemo last week. I have a very aggressive treatment plan ahead of me, but it’s people like you that make me not afraid and ready for the journey. I will kick cancer’s ass! Thank you for the inspiration. You are a brave person and a fun spirit as I am and I love it. Big hugs to you and your family (especially your Mom). Continue to be healed and enjoy life to the fullest. Best, Danielle (CA)
Been there done that! My big "C" is breast cancer stage 3a. Became a survivor only last year after 6 agonizing years. There are complications but I survive! My life style change dramatically after I've learned that I have cancer, it was like the whole world turned upside down. Now, when I look back...you can conquer any obstacle in our life by being positive. I look at my life now as to LIVE...LAUGH ....AND LOVE!
I cried when you cried. ohmygod. My mom was diagnosed with cancer too last November 2016 and we lost her June of last year. I can feel all your sufferings with all those treatments. I can feel the happiness you felt when you heard the good news. So so happy for you, Wil. It made me cry 😢 Thank you for giving us so much positivity. I've seen your journey since your Mindoro vlogs. I've been a subscriber since then. And you've given me so much happiness through your vlogs. Thank you, Wil. So so happy for you ❤❤❤

For Keeps!!!
Hey Wil,
This is the second time I actually watched this video.
Deuces!
nice one..keep on inspiring other people as well with your story..👊

Best Ever Foods to the
Best Ever Food Review Show I love your vids man
Hey Sonny haha
Steve
cheers man
Davey Jones
Double celebration!!! Being cancer free and wilodia being real.. wohoooo
Wil Dasovich Aahhh senpai noticed me 😆 but seriously, thank you so much, this means a lot to me. ❤️ Keep on inspiring Wil!
Thank you for the inspiration Wil!
I also have Colon Cancer ST 4. I'm on my 6th/12th cycle chemotherapy.
Congrats Wil, you’re one tough and inspiring guy!! Glad to hear everything is looking brighter!
thanks brotha :)
wow cody you're also here! 😍😊💖
Whoa!!
Coooooody ! 💖💖
My brother is battling with colon cancer too right now so I can relate so much to this video. I hope like you he'll be well soon. Keep inspiring everyone.
I got no idea who you are or how I got to be watching this but well done wee man. A good feeling isn't it? Onwards and upwards fella, fly high!
Watched this for about 5 times already and yet my tears can't hold back. So happy for the whole Dasofam 🧡
Woooo good news! I cried like a baby while watching this. And heeey Wil finally said it, he loves Alodia 😍😍 WILODIA IS REAAAAAL

Gelo Dinglasan alodia hinted on her ig story saying "its pretty obvious guys"

“If you find a path that doesn’t have obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere”
On point!
L Holly hi can i ask you when you were diagnose?
Let’s support Wil by voting for him everyday on The Shorty Awards website! shortyawards.com/10th/wil_dasovich
maracaszel I got my definitive diagnosis in August of 2014. I’ve been disabled since early 2012. Looking back though I can identify (ignored) symptoms as far back as 1986.
Michaela Miller thanks for the link! I’ve been voting every day but I’ve been going back to Wil’s sister to get the link.
Miracle really exist! A lot of people pray 🙏🏻 for you. Be thankful and grateful. God is good. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Dont let the challenge be the thing that brings you down, let it be the thing that lifts you up.

"We all have our own challenges ahead of us, but it is how you respond to this challenges that which will define you. Don't let challenges be the thing that brings you down, let those things that keep you up!"
Wil Dasovich💪🏼
(I was like...Where do these words come from? This is GOLD!)
This is what I really need to hear right now. Maybe this is your real journey, to be a God's instrument to inspire many people and a good role model.
Jome Parfan Very true!

*"Life is 10% what happened to you and 90% how you react to it." -Charles Swindoll*
Thank you for being such an inspiration!
amazing quote
Thank you. We all have our fight. Don’t let it take you down, let it lift you up. Thank you.
