I seriously wake up at 4am and sleep at 8 pm. I take salt baths then rinse off in the shower. I brush my teeth and do some yoga 🧘♂️I get more adapted to the day drink a cup of coffee and leave. I go feed the masses and sort my own thoughts early. Mid day im done doin my public service and I go home to my sanctuary and I straighten it up. 😌 I play with my kids we make dinner we talk about what we want to learn tomorrow. We bathe again and rest. I'm never as tired as I was before I had balance between the mental and physical between the financial and the emotional. Find ur balance

But being aware of your body and how it responds to things is all you need to have to improve your health journey spiritually and mentally. Over time I developed feelings for him. Little did I know he was developing feelings for me. Once we were out of the relationships we were in we talked.
