Actually, he serves everyone living in Florida, whether they are citizens or not. For that alone, every resident of Florida should be grateful! He governs evenly and effectively. He didn't put any covid cases in assisted living and acute care facilities!! He protected the elderly, who were the most vulnerable (except for the morbidly obese...they were the 2nd most vulnerable. But what you gonna do for them?) Honestly, the democrat governors who put covid cases in the nursing homes and acute care facilities lowered the bar of 'effective leadership' to the point where Mickey Mouse would be a better governor. :) Why those governors aren't serving time in federal prison, I'd like to know. FEMA's role is coordinating disparate elements ( out of state FR and National Guards, external organizational support,) and providing material support.
