Hi Chef Gail , I love your recipies and you would love to see how you shape the biscuits into coconut trees 😊❤ it could be a regular flower tuiles recipe too , do you make the Rolling cigarettes with the same dough ? Thank you

You would spread the batter onto a silpat mat. While warm from the oven, you would use a cookie cutter to cut out any shape you wanted. The cookie would harden as it cooled.
The rolled cigarette shaped cookies are made with a different batter.
