They need to integrate more security to their card system , that way it would be a must to register their card to ride ..with bolt they should also be able to run checks and collect national identity cards numbers from these riders all these should be put into their terms and cons...this way within a certain timeframe if payment is not made there should be an immediate withdrawal from the rider ..many rider s should be corrected
I think the reason someone might get order before a driver that's already there is because of the drivers rating. I've been in a particular place where there are other drivers and I got order before them. I returned there a second time and still got an order before them. I just think the ratings play a part in that aspect and there aren't too many 5 star rated drivers out there.

The truth is that if their was suddenly a new alternative app with good quality and good customers and good driver support then every driver and customer would go to the new better company!
I've been driving for less than a week and I've experienced cancelations after getting to the location uncountable times. It's very annoying. The driver is on the trying his best to utilize his time and fuel to make money. Necessary things should be done about these issues. Drivers aren't slaves. The rider i carried this night tried all his best to mess everything up so he won't pay. People gathered to access the matter and he ended up paying. It's just too bad out there.
Well done bros, about the cancellation it as happened to me before after waited for over 30minutes an I reported to Bolt nothing happen. About not paying too, time with out number and Bolt will not say anything about it and they will still charge you their commission. You're doing great sir, keep it up.

I totally agree, destination setting is extremely weak, it doesn't stick to the set radius, it doesn't pay for your distance and time to your passenger pick-up point, and it abandons driver's in the middle of noware, it works as if it controlled from an arkacik manually controlled center were the appointed controller person is week in geography and math's! It doesn't display the flexibility and robustness that UBER does, like way a computer controlled app is supposed to.
Bolt driver app is a frustrating app to use it never ever let's you work a good profit, all of these ride hailing apps need to be replaced with a driver focused driver app!
