They quite literally made a survey about designs and "crystal scorpion" was the least compelling, there is a reason they deleted it and not coming back in any form
@@doglopmaz Rock elemental is objectively a downgrade when we already have multiple rock characters. New Skarner stands out in no way. Crystal scorpion was way more unique, and they didn't remove it because surveys. They removed it because "while contrasting themes can be unique/interesting, crystals and scorpions just don't make sense together ( aka they just wanted to because this isn't logic, this is an opinion which doesn't hold up when serial killer and artist made one of League's most iconic and beloved designs).
We need such skin for skarner, so people can somewhat play the old design of skarner graphic wise, because I think it was a great idea on paper and it looked cool.
SFX is almost too good but the VFX need some further improvements to make it look more glorious/elegant. And the chromas for these skins still cost too much. I could consider giving them a 20 ME, maybe even 25 for champs like Nautilus since I'm a support main but 40? Sometimes enough is enough.
@@nightjisoo337 i meant her skin teaser, they usually release the Victorious skin teaser 1-2 months ahead of the Crystalis skins. Kogmaw, Tryndamere, Anivia were released a month before a Crystalis skin.
nope, hard to beat Astro. This is a nice skin but Nautilus abilities are very simple so with none noticeable change in animation then most of his skins just feel the same. Astronaut is the only one that give him a goofy space walking animation. His second best is Shanhai Scroll which give him a nice W and R sound
This skin sucks tbh, his other skins look way better and look about the same. I wish riot would get backlash for getting lazy and since it’s 100 mythic essence which takes months if not years to save up, why the hell can’t they put in a minor ammount of effort and give the mythic skins custom animations?
