    love the knife rack.. i always found the wood ones didn't hold the knives very well but that looks like its doing the trick. The brunoise was a surprise, when i took culinary classes at George Brown they just taught us to do the standard dice with just more horizontal cuts

    Love a basics series. Camera angles need a little tightening up with longer shots on finished cuts but overall great. Looking fwd to more

    If you briefly put the onion under cold water you can easily peel the onion and it makes no mess.

    The first one you cut. You don’t have to cut your onion across because it is already in rings! Try it!
