Heart, passion and decency; a combination hard to come by these days. Especially what we lack at the very moment. We suffered disastrous management the last couple of years. Signing Henderson might well be the first sign of recovery.

And for a guy that's played for liverpool, he seemed amazed looking at ajax trophies and memories.
He's 33 but never relied on pace so will be a good player for Ajax and he looked genuinely delighted to be there
I hope he can offer the team some experience, leadership and calm. Besides, he might help to firmly reestablish English as the main dressing room language, which is needed for such an international squad. Sure, there are of course plenty of Dutchmen, but other players won’t be likely to keep up.

As a Liverpool supporter we've been through it all with Jordan and i gotta say while it seemed like time for a rebuild it still hurt to see the likes of Jordan og Milner move on but i just seeing him in this video literally brings tears to my eyes for no reason at all, it must just be the love we got for jordan that causes it, seeing him smile and thinking of him playing in Europe again. What a man, what a leader, I'm sincerely wishing Ajax will crush in Holland and europe. With his qualities in the dressing room, seems like such a good fit and the right moment for both club and player.

Ajax normally tries to balance experience with talent. Sadly the last two year the leadership failed badly and sold anyone who wanted to move to bigger leagues. Our team at the moment is like a glorified youth team. Not expecting to much as even hendo can't perform miracles but hopefully a step in the right direction.

As a Liverpool fan, his legs started to go at the end of his time with us but he is 33 after all, so he won’t be the same player as 2019, but he will get the team in check and will be a great addition. He’s a player who demands respect

Ik hoop dat Hendo echt die leider kan zijn die Ajax zo heel hard nodig heeft. We hebben echt iemand nodig die op het veld de lijnen uit gaat zetten en een ploeg die nu te vaak als los zand uit elkaar valt op de rails gaat houden. Ik vind het echt wel een prestatie van de staf bij Ajax dat ze deze hele grote naam hebben weten binnen te hengelen. Ik ben wel benieuwd wat dit doet met het perspectief van bijvoorbeeld Silvano Vos.

I hope that Hendo can be that leader Ajax desperately need at the moment. We need a player who can keep the team together and who can impose his will on the pitch. It really is a massice achievement by the staff at Ajax that they managed to reel in a huge name in football. I do wonder what this will do the for the development of young players like Silvano Vos who also competes for a spot in that position.

Best wishes to Jordan Henderson and AFC Ajax from a life long Liverpool fan. Dutch league produces the best footballers in the world. This will be the beginning of Jordan’s evolution into successful management. Following a few years in this great club, I suspect Jordan will move into youth team management and player development. Then on into club management.
