"There has to be in time but there is no out time". That's the entire problem of Indian work culture summed up in less than 10 words.

One and only solution is to provide paid internship of at least 5k. This will really give a motivation to a law student.

I have no problem staying late at night but most firms just don't pay. Tell me where is the motivation??
India has the worst work ethics.
If a lawyer is earning in lakhs per hearing can't he pay all his interns?? Is it too much to ask??

Yes in law it's too much to ask for.

yes beacuase its not firm culture here people learn the work and start their own work so they don't teach you if you have to learn you have to do it by yourself...

No "out time"... stop trying to make workers into SLAVES. We have lives and you should not demonize people wanting to leave the job and relax in their personal lives. Once I do my work well during the working hours, you should not try and make us feel badly.

Can there be a video on how to actually secure an internship for a LAW STUDENT. From preparing CVs to where to apply and to whom?

      Exactly so

Aksshay! I am sure this will help you. See my friend you are talking about a career which requires a lot of research, social awareness, logical thinking and much more so if you feel someone is going to make a 10 minute video and you'll learn all from it, you are wrong there.
Now what you need to do here is spend countless hours in research, You'll find 10000 Videos on CV, Interviews and more, you'll find number of articles, Blogs and much more.
(Don't believe everything you find on internet)
Go out there and spend days in research you'll learn more than any 10 minute Video will teach you.
