I'm surprised that you haven't watched or looked up anything related to League's story before. League Of Legends is a rabbit hole of story and character lore. Before Arcane and even before Riot Games (highlight on 'S' in plural) where their only focus was on League, people critized Riot for having too much lore, but too few options to experience those story bits, except with the cinematics and the character descriptions. A third party wiki site was needed to summaries all the lore, relations and story. Just for reference: In the past Jinx and Vi's sibling relationship was only hinted through their voicelines ingame, but never explored indepth, like in Arcane. It's good that we got more media that tells and explains the world of runeterra. I hope you have a nice travel going through the world of runeterra :D
necrits video about the riot mmo world is definitely a must watch to familiaraze yourself a bit more with the current status of each region as well as their themes and aesthetics
Jhin is basically the Red X Noxus captured from Ionia and released into Piltover. He was teased in Arcane in Benzo's shop with his mask being there and another person plays a piano with notes similiar to what Jhin plays but since Camille is not the head of the Police force in Arcane, there is no official way to confirm if Ambessa made Jhin into some kind of sleeper agent to watch Mel in Arcane. What we can confirm is that Ambessa used Ionian runes to fight Mel and Caitlyn due to Noxus having a habit of appropriating where they visit and not fully understanding its limits or curses because Ambessa also was holding the same rune types Riven wields as a weapon who ends up in a gladiator arena in League. On the note of not understanding, Piltover was built directly on top of a mine of pure runes. When someone like Jayce or Viktor did tap into it, they also neglect the dimension in between them and the runic power which is called the void. ussually when people mine into runes the defense mechanism of runes is to explode and alert the void calling monsters. The corruption in Zaun was the result but the civilization that did make similiar discs and tech but not piss off the void was teased with the broken halo where Viktor stayed. Its called Shurima and it's comparible to ancient Egypt which also created its own tech. The ending made it clear Jinx used the pipes to escape and probably the balloons to go to either mount Targon or Ionia which is known for spirituality and healing.
I feel like Bilgewater is a more fitting place for Jinx: a region where no one cares about your backstory, has technology comparable to Piltover & Zaun (albeit, less developed), and is as chaotic as Jinx. Given that the airship was over open ocean, and Jinx's shark-like clothing in the final episode, Bilgewater seems fitting.
@patrickcarter2829 that's a possibility but it's not one of the city's where the balloon will land due to it being from piltover(rich) and Bildgewater has thieves She'll probably journey from the mainland of Ionia take a boat to Bildge then back to Piltover because Zaun is s trade city and in the first ep they had Ionian Merchants with the strawhats and masks who are tall. Jinx will probably fit right in with Ahri who wants a ride to Piltover meeting the Bildge gang along the way. We saw One of Ahri's kind painting Shimmer on Salo and disappearing and they have natural magic so they may be extenders for the black rose's range and not know it.

The League of Legends universe consists of four "dimensions": 1. Void; 2. Celestial; 3. Spirit Realm and 4. Physical in the form of the planet Runeterra, There are no infinity stones here. But different types of magic and Runes = Runeterra. In the very beginning there was only the Void and the Guardians, but then light appeared and reality emerged, which woke the Guardians up, taking away their sleep and ignorance of their own existence, which is why they are trying to destroy it in order to have peaceful peace again. In reality, death appeared/emerged through the spirit realm in the guise of the gray man/pale man, who later split into two aspects of death, the peaceful death of a lamb and the brutal death of a wolf. In the universe = Celestial Realm, the Twilight dragons like Aurelion Sol created stars around which planets were formed. And later, celestial beings and gods began to get involved in the manipulation of reality. The celestial gods created constellations that served as predictions and guidelines for people and, using the world runes, created the planet Runeterra in one of the regions. Apparently, they created Spirit Gods like Anivia, Ornn, Volibear,... who reshaped the surface of the planet as we know from the Frerjord legions. They pulled up part of the earth to create Mount Targon, which serves as the Gate to the Celestial Realm Targon Prime = "Universe". One of the Celestial Gods, for an unknown reason, later hid the world runes through the Runeters, which over time caused a magical radiation, thanks to which the planet became full of spirits, demons and later created magical beings; Celestial giants; Yordles = Heimerdinger,... from Bandle City, which is in the spiritual realm; Vastayashai'rei (Shapeshifting Spirit Race) + Humans = Vastaya ^ Spirit Race and Humans and then Animalistic Humanoid Races. Later, the Targions, with the help of the Celestials, created a star metal crown for Aurelion Sol, whom they enslaved and thus forced to listen to the commands of the Celestial Aspects to use their celestial fire to seal/destroy the Void rifts that the Watchers had created in attempts to penetrate reality and possibly destroy it. Over time, it is clear that various types of magic have appeared or originated on Runeterra: Celestial, Spiritual, Shadow, Runic, Elemental, Temporal, Necronic, Blood,... Runeterra is supposed to serve as a place where super powerful beings of Ascended Celestial Aspects = Celestial Demigods are to be created, for example, a person ascends to the top of Mount Targon and one of the Celestials chooses him as a suitable host. Or in Shurima, with the help of the Sun Disc, I reflect celestial magic into the chosen people to create the Ascended Shuriman golden god warriors, where some failed and were created Baccai = Ramus and others were Ascended Sunborn Nasus, Renekton,... And later their fragments were created after the battle in the Darkins void. All of this is intended to serve as a defensive shield against the Void and its watchers, who seek to destroy reality by creating rifts in the Void through which voidmakers and monsters can pass, devouring and destroying. Or by controlling and corrupting the minds and bodies of beings on Runeterra.

I mean, it's a solid game with deep mechanics, however it's still team-based and every mistake is very prominent. There's a birthplace of all toxicity
21:33 the way I've always interpreted the Shurima Azir and Xerath story has been Azir wanted to do good but ultimately couldn't until he got the absolute power to guarantee it and he never confided in Xerath because he wanted to treat him like an equal and the world order that was established at that time was if you were equals it means you had betters or lessers (horrible phrasing ik) so if he confided with his equal that he wanted to change the world and Xerath told other's the ultimate power to do good could be taken away. But that lack of communication and overfamiliarity of treating his "lesser" as an equal without realizing the psychological effects. For Xerath, I imagine it was the same but in reverse where he truly cared for Azir but knew he had to commit to his cause because if he were to be honest with Azir and Azir disagreed he could just be banished/executed or worse (there's always worse this is runeterra). So their duality is literally the struggles of wanting the best but failing to communicate and the fear of that trust being taken advantage of or, betrayed by the one who you could rely on where others fail which causes the end of the og Shuriman empire. And both are right to fear that their intentions if revealed to the otherside openly due to the literal 1.5k years of rule with the same fundamental system. Azir wanting true freedom and equality to come as a surprise would have been the ultimate expression of communication to Xerath that he does see him as an equal and listened to his plight as well! Which makes the fall even more tragic! Azir was a king that wished for a world without kings and ultimately he got it, it just cost him everything. That's my interpretation of the story at least :P (also silly side note, there's voicelines in the game teasing other darkin over their ridiculous names bc all of them had a double aa in their name except varus)

I suggest Jhin story Pantheon story Mordekaiser story Lissandra story Twilight of the Gods story Ruination Novel Noxus Champions (Leblanc, Jericho Swain, Darius, Katarina (comics), Mordekaiser) Confessions of the broken blade. people critized Riot for having too much lore, but too few options to experience those story bits, except with the cinematics and the character descriptions.
I hope you have a nice travel going through the world of runeterra :D
necrits video about the riot mmo world is definitely a must watch to familiaraze yourself a bit more with the current status of each region as well as their themes and aesthetics
i bet the champion powerscale video will blow your mine
the last shots of arcane season 2 when you see the Noxus ships at sail, you can see Swains 3 eyed crows
If you’re interested in doing more Noxus deep dives. Necrit’s video about Jericho Swain is a good one. Another good one for Noxus, is called “principles of strength.” Those would be my recommendations for Noxus introductions.
*Crow wings flapping* EMPIRE above ALL *CROWS GOING HAM*
If you like Nekrits voice. He reads, "Where Icathia Once Stood" like a 50 minute audio book on his channel. And its peak!
Nux... for the love of the God Emperor... You hacen't gone down the 40k Lore enough, I mean TTS gets even crazier, the lore gets insane, what you covered was... pretty much 5% of the lore
I may be biased but honestly you should react to the Death Compony specifcally Casot the Mad
guy probably binged a lot of stories already, a few weeks ago he said hes already been reading the books cause he was already invested in them.
Will you make a review of season 2 instead of reactions?
There’s actually a game called The Song of Nunu. Features Braun, Lisandra, Nunu and Willump. Does a great job explaining some of the lore of the Freljord.
Halfway through the video, and I've already got 10 ads
Noxus: I say the whole world must learn of our peaceful ways... BY FORCE!
MORE NUX MORE YIIIEEEEEEEEE
Its was also mordekaisers plan yo be betrayed so he could get to his realm of the dead were alm his new slaves are from those he killed. Leblanc is desperately looking to stop his return again :)
Guy conquered a region while he was still a human, died in a mountain of bodies, saw that in the after life there was no god of dead so he decided to become one, came back, killed the people who brought him back and currently uses their souls as a weapon, conquered an entire continent, died on purpose just so he could create his own realm of death.
If he comes back, runeterra is screwed
Anyone else see Mudahar throwing Nux under the bus for no reason?
"Can you imagine if we get an actual good warhammer show" who gonna tell em?🤔
should have never bend the knees to antis
Weird...a few things here is
1. Not many new comments talking about the recent video by muta about you
2. Sorta related to number 1 but i wonder, are you gonna be an enemy to muta now over this?
Because people started calling out Mutahar and he deleted the video, saw on twitter a screenshot post of Mutahar saying he deleted the video because he overreacted.
The League of Legends universe consists of four "dimensions": 1. Void; 2. Celestial; 3. Spirit Realm and 4. Physical in the form of the planet Runeterra,
There are no infinity stones here.
One of the Celestial Gods, for an unknown reason, later hid the world runes through the Runeters, which over time caused a magical radiation, thanks to which the planet became full of spirits, demons and later created magical beings; Celestial giants; Yordles = Heimerdinger,... from Bandle City, which is in the spiritual realm; Vastayashai'rei (Shapeshifting Spirit Race) + Humans = Vastaya
^
Spirit Race and Humans and then Animalistic Humanoid Races.
Later, the Targions, with the help of the Celestials, created a star metal crown for Aurelion Sol, whom they enslaved and thus forced to listen to the commands of the Celestial Aspects to use their celestial fire
to seal/destroy the Void rifts that the Watchers had created in attempts to penetrate reality and possibly destroy it.
It was so refreshing finally hearing nux pronounce demacia right 😂
I can't wait till nux meets the ture demons of league
All hail nux taku master of all lore
jhin and aurelion sol lore dives should be among your first champ dives
8:36 about that, why James is infamous for wrestling with its creative teams, a lot of elaborate ideas get shut down a lot, it wasn’t until arcane, where they finally decided that war was actually important and not some silly side project they can shut down at a whim
Zed and Shen are basically Ionian Vi and Jinx, except their adoptive siblings and ninjas.
Watch act 3 already ya shit :P Lol love the vids man
necrit as lore source? hell yeah you are in good hands ... the guy is so deep in the lol lore that riot put him in one of their games (idk if it is in the ruined king one or the bilgewaters one), he is like an npc that gives random lore about the world ... this is amazing
Hey Nux...I hope you're doing okay.
Daaaayum I miss ya nux
I wonder if Nux is ok, considering what just happened with Mutahar...
He’s sad but ok, he talked on stream on what was going to happen, that he talked and understands if Muta wouldn’t want to associate with him.
@@Fontanezm Nux is too nice about it. To the point of being a doormat.
Muta taking no responsibility of his past actions, and blatantly lying about Nux to put all the blame on him is crazy imo. 💀
I truly hope Nux re-watches some of the old videos being dug up, and sees that Muta was totally aware of what he was watching, and is lying to save his own skin. It's such a backstabbing move on his part.
They were cartoons, get over it. 😭
you gotta watch necrit's "riot MMO" videos as he goes in depth about the nations/factions, races, culture and more
for a fun character visit you could watch something like NickyBois "The Lore of Every LoL Champion Dumbed Down to a Single Sentence" just for a fun little overview/teaser for some champions. you basically have the same description as Jhin as in the video.
Get this man 10k likes
im intrigued when you here voicelines. it be crazy
43:36 Most unexpected thing in this video. About 3 months ago I got an assignment from my professor, I needed to write about some conspiracy theory (Apparently he loves them), so I wrote about Chornobyl, specifically about the theory that USSR government caused accident on purpose to “blow up” nuclear energy reputation.
huh who's gona tell him that most of this has been retconned with the release of arcane
Necrit has a video called "The World of Riot's MMO is Already Done" that is a great start to go into the different regions lore.
More Lore videos, less drama content, PLEASE!!!
I wonder if Nux would be interested in the real life lore of Faker? Riot could legit make a series based on his career,
i would love to see you're lore dive on "Kindred" and "Fiddlesticks"
Something tells me that this content is never going to get 10K likes, despite how much I like it
The void sees reality as Lovecraft horror
32:28 if you pay attention, check her makeup, then check the eyes of the shadow shapeshifter that talked to Mel. It was her.
30:08- There were no gods in the afterlife. That doesn't mean that there wasn't an afterlife.
NUX IF ITS 5 YEARS OLD ITS GOTTEN MUCH LARGER IN THE LAST 5 YEARS THAN BEFORE A LOT OF THESE STORIES ARE EXPANDED ON ALREADY OR ARE PAST THESE POINTS
i demand more as someone who has hundreds of hours on lol
I am so glad that Arcane does make so many people interested in league's lore. I sincerely wait your next lore dives because your enthusiasm is extremely contagious
Also league is not that bad. I mean, it's a solid game with deep mechanics, however it's still team-based and every mistake is very prominent. There's a birthplace of all toxicity
Even more with the next season that if you make the mistake of dying first early on, your team will haunt you until the end of the game.
Do a Lore dive on Viego please, he’s one of the coolest characters and also very psychotic
In the more current timeline, Jhin is wreaking havoc in Piltover.
That's my interpretation of the story at least :P
(also silly side note, there's voicelines in the game teasing other darkin over their ridiculous names bc all of them had a double aa in their name except varus)
there are still so many good champion trailers left!
Goddamit, right when im about to sleep 😭
Will you be making a reaction to Mutahar's newest video? "Muta and I AREN"T Friends Anymore?!?! (NOT CLICKBAIT)"
