Itraconazole should be preferred over ketoconazole and fluconazole.

I took itraconazole when it attacked my left lung a year later it attacked my brain im currently taking voriconazole now this shit is no joke

If it's a very severe case, amphotericin B is used. It's usually not considered because of its horrible side effects.
