Don't you think if we humans don't wipe each other out, that by that time and probably far before it, we will have become an interstellar species with the possible technology to go to a new galaxy. Though going to a new galaxy is doubtful considering the INSANE distances.
Stop It yeah maybe, MAYBE, if we just get really lucky and don't kill each other off in the next 100 or so years so technology can advance, I can see us moving to other places in the solar system by 2200, maybe sending out first probes to other stars. But because humans are the way we are, then we'll probably have killed each other (or most of the human population) by the year 3000-4000. So after that, the niche is mostly empty and a huge evolution boom happens. By the year 300.000 you have a whole new species and the homo sapiens as we know it is extinct. So no, I don't think humans are gonna be around to see it. But I sure hope our evolutionary nephews and nieces have a chance of seeing it. If they make it to the year 4 billion
Camila Stefanie Well according to Dan Brown's inferno, humans will become extinct in the next 100years , the reason being uncontrolled increase in population ...That is based on true data collected by the WHO.
The Red Giant Phase Will Only Eat Mercury, Venus And Earth... Can't Move To Mars Would Become So Hot It Would Be A New Venus And All Traces Of Water Will Evaporate... I Guess That Means We Should Move To Neptune... And After The Red Giant Phase The Sun Gradually Reduces In Size And Eventually Because Of Being So Small Turns Into A Black Hole... Neptune Will Either Get Sucked In Or If Lucky Wont... But Unfortunately If Neptune Doesn't Go Into A Black Hole Neptune Will Just Continue Going Straight Until It Collides Into Alot Of Asteroids... Humans Would Die More Than 8 Days After The Sun Turns Into A Black Hole Because The Light Needs To Travel Because Of Our Distance But... Ok Ima Stop I Legit Sound Like A Nerd -.-

+terence sommer Apparently, if Earth hasn't been destroyed by any means, the night sky should look like an incredible light show. Too bad no human will exist by then.
Dylan Rickersom Yea I know. The Earth will be too hot because of the Sun's growth for any human to live here. Besides each 1 million years there's like a 99% chance a meteorite hits Earth, in 4 BILLION years there will have been so many meteorites that you can't imagine all the species that will be extinct and born by then.
Ivan West .-. You forgot we are evolving technology sooo also most astroids burn in the atmosphere and you forget that our race could evolve to withstand the extreme heat or extreme cold from shift of orbit
Dylan Rickersom I doubt it. Humans are too stupid. They only care about celebrities, the oscars, and themselves. Shitty race. Only a few are willing to study and do a science related career. And you are underestimating the length of time. You clearly don't understand what 1 million years means, much less 4 billion.
+Peter Jacobsen Well, creatures will probably evolve and adapt. I am sure this will bring forth a HUGE impact in the events of evolution, and creativity in those species that would rather develop technology rather than adapt haha.
*Edit: Holly fucking chiken shit how did this get to many likes !* I thing that Triangulum galaxy enjoyed the fight betwen the Andromea galaxy and the milky way lol

imagine if andromeda had life like ours and the would be telling them that our galaxy (andromeda) is moving toward another galaxy (milky way) and we might collide with that galaxy
Yeah I thought about this there probably is life on andromeda that’s very likely actually, and I also have thought what if they are just as advanced as us or even more and they are looking at how they are going to merge with the Milky Way and are wondering if there is life there and are excited for all our galaxies to become one.
+Jonggi Pratama Panjaitan That's not at all a crazy thing to think. In fact, it's logical, just by looking at our universe, one of those small little particles is our sun, so the odds that there's more intelligent life out there, is not by any means "crazy".
+Black Man yeah, i believe someday in the future, something like Mass Effect will take place, then people can do inter galactic travel as if they're going to the supermarket. haha
+Jonggi Pratama Panjaitan Finally! I was waiting for someone to reference the possibility of Mass Effect! Yes! This just makes me think of all that progress they've made in such a short amount of time. Mass Effect took place in like 150+ years from where we are now, but that is still relatively short to be able to travel a whole galaxy. Cannot wait to see what they'll create in their own version of Andromeda!
At least we got video simulation like this..its better than nothing...and take care of yourself ..so you too can be around when the James Webb telescope is launched...i hope we get to see spectacular things..
The solar system has a very likely chance of being affected. We're talking about gravity here. If a star like our own were to linger in the Oort cloud, we would see its affects on both the Sun and the planets depending on whether they're in the same region or not.
I have set a reminder in my phone in year 4.564.002.023 to go outside and look up at the sky to observe this special phenomenon. Thanks for the info in this video!
I just wonder if that force of slinging back and forth will throw planets from their star systems or if stars may hit other planets. I was wondering how long it would take from beginning to end. I definitely didn't think millions of years. If it's that slow maybe we will be fine but I'm glad I won't be around to have to worry about it. If Earth got thrown out of its orbit and moved further and further from the sun, that would blow. They made a Twilight Zone episode about the earth falling out of its orbit and moving towards the sun. Great episode and crazy ending.
@Banter Maestro2 What about gravitational field? If our own Sun can attract and keep objects in orbit as far as pluto, the what happens if another massive star is nearby? The law of attraction states that 2 objects of mass will apply the same attraction to one another. So wouldn't the Sun and another nearby star just zoom right towards each other?
This is why I was a minor in Astronomy at one time...simulations of really cool things that happen over billions of years! Now I can be an armchair astronomer with a laptop and RUclips, and I don't have to learn any complex math/physics! Enjoy. : )

"if life is still present on Earth"
so are we just ignoring the fact that out sun will have swallowed the Earth by then?
Camila Stefanie i was gonna mention that. plus. even though we collide, so to speak, scientists believe physical collisions will be rare if any.

@@antonipolski9569 bruh you can't
@@abdouaboud7490 Actually, you can, kinda. If it's dark enough and close to no light pollution whatsoever, you can very faintly see the milky way. Not as beautiful as it's on the pictures but it's still kind of astonishing. Now, seeing other galaxies? No way lmao
@@abdouaboud7490 dude, u can. In a place with like no light and air pollution. I've been to Yellowstone and the milky way was very visible
The milky way is visible in my backyard... just drive out about 20 minutes away from any city and you’ll be able to see it :3
I think the Andromeda Galaxy is stunning. I would love to see it when it is much closer to our galaxy. Just imagine it!
+terence sommer Apparently, if Earth hasn't been destroyed by any means, the night sky should look like an incredible light show. Too bad no human will exist by then.
+Ivan West you never know
Dylan Rickersom Yea I know.
You clearly don't understand what 1 million years means, much less 4 billion.
in the meantime I guess I'll just have to wait for Mass Effect: Andromeda
Steven Chao I logged in just to say I was thinking this same thing as I watched the video. Have a thumbs up!

TRUEEEE
I'm sure there is, but there's a good chance there is life besides earth here in the milky way galaxy.
Yeah I thought about this there probably is life on andromeda that’s very likely actually, and I also have thought what if they are just as advanced as us or even more and they are looking at how they are going to merge with the Milky Way and are wondering if there is life there and are excited for all our galaxies to become one.
Daaaaamn I wonder how that would be (btw your 50th like)
i pretty we are dead when their here
call me crazy but, i do believe the existence of other living things on other planets or even galaxies, besides our earth.
+Jonggi Pratama Panjaitan That's not at all a crazy thing to think. In fact, it's logical, just by looking at our universe, one of those small little particles is our sun, so the odds that there's more intelligent life out there, is not by any means "crazy".
+Black Man yeah, i believe someday in the future, something like Mass Effect will take place, then people can do inter galactic travel as if they're going to the supermarket. haha
I'm with you it is just too strange to have a infinite like place around us and only one speck of rock to witness it
+Jonggi Pratama Panjaitan Finally!
Their is intelligent life out their. Not on earth though.

The solar system won't be much affected by the colliding? If it stays til that time...
The solar system has a very likely chance of being affected. We're talking about gravity here. If a star like our own were to linger in the Oort cloud, we would see its affects on both the Sun and the planets depending on whether they're in the same region or not.
At that time the sun will be a white dwarf….. it will explode into a super nova!
@@andretrebor859 Probably not because our Sun will be a growing Red Giant, and is not predicted to become a white dwarf for another 5-8 billion years.

chaosguygx Andromeda is a galaxy not a planet it has billions of stars(suns). There is no single Andromeda sun that we could use.
lol of course andromeda have sun like milky way but the sun might be far away from us so we cant use andromeda's sun
Amaluddin Assamani LOL
Finally, we will have aliens in our galaxy.
This is why I was a minor in Astronomy at one time...simulations of really cool things that happen over billions of years!
Now I can be an armchair astronomer with a laptop and RUclips, and I don't have to learn any complex math/physics! Enjoy. : )
