What caused the dried salt on your face? Is it the cold water plunge you do for your face? What are the benefits of that? And if you add salt to the water, what is the purpose of that? Heard good things about that but I’m not sure how it works
Running that long of a distance your sweats a lot. The salt dries up after a while that’s all. Benefits of face plunge can reduce puffiness in the morning, helps wake you up. Can help tighten your skin etc.
