You should not sign any documents or agreements with any sides, at that point both sides, either ukraine, russia or the seperatis are the suspects. What if, in the document you sign, state that they were not responsible for the downing of the plane, if they found guilty, they can show the signed document. After all, congratulations for the team for bringing back the black box home.
