What he told is absolutely right...The same I also experienced
I took 2 sets of Torq on August 2020 just after release....Let me share my review.....Exactly after 1 year in one set one ear bud is not charging ...In other set one bud stopped working ..I contacted crossbeats in banglore and I have sent by courier to crossbeats company.....They told in one set diaphram got damaged which costs for 3459/- which is absolutely looting ( current charges of torq is around 4000). In another set in which one bud was not charging properly he told it's absolutely fine So in both sets one ear bud stopped working exactly after 1 year.....Croos beats company are looters ...Substandard quality .Sevice center in banglore is looting.....Pls don't buy this scrap product

You faced the issue and did not get any nearby service centres and they have opened services centres all over india within 10months. As i am checking now, they are having more than 20service centres all over india. Well done crossbeats. I think this is a great customer support from the company.

It is a standard procedure i think. My noise neckband also had similar kind of issue. I was asked to send the product to Haryana. I did and in 1-1.5 week i got a completely new neckband from noise. It will be around 4 years in August and it is still working fine.
So yeah its kind of a standard procedure to follow for new startups/small companies.

Totally agree. Service is not good and after 1 year facing battery and connectivity issues. Facing same problem with left bud charging. Will try to clean as you suggested

Don't buy crossbeats
Same problem I recently buy crossbeats fury gaming buds 30ms. It is 100ms not 30ms much delay and now left one is not working
