I've got the vending machines in my shop set for free. I bought them myself though. One of the selections on the soda machine is also set to beer, but nobody's allowed to have the beer until they're done with work. I feel that the few dollars that I spend for free snacks and soda is absolutely worth it to me as far as morale goes.

I wish you luck! Our biggest hiccup over the years has been is employees, we used to have 3 of our own trucks and a bunch of subs, a few sidewalk guys and every year we tried to grown it more the worse it got. Guys doing damage, not showing up etc. so we've scaled back to just running our 3 trucks, loader and skid steer and even then all but one other guy has a daytime job so day storms are challenging.

How do you have wifi on the tablets? Do you use a hotspot? Thats what we’re struggling with.

Love the videos!!! Keep up the grind Man!
Would love some normal speed snow clearing (maybe a separate video to your normal videos) real time 45-1h of just busting out driveways!!

How do those blowers scrape? Maybe it was really hard packed but it looked like they leave a pretty thick smear.

Look into a cold sandwich machine or add a few microwaves with it. Juices, teas too. Snacks are quick fixes. It’ll let them down soon after getting back to the trail.
Nothing beats a good wife to pack your lunch ! Lol
