Your explanations of where, and WHY you fish where you do is a big surprise. A really nice surprise. Us weekenders can use your knowledge to help us when we can afford to get away and get after them ! We're all super Proud of your finish, and now that we see you're showing us HOW you did it, well... That's just special in my opinion. You're the real deal, and you're only gonna get "bigger" from now on. CONGRATS !!! ( We're all behind you 100%) !!

The hardest part about fishing Elite or FLW is having the money/resources and family backing. People dont realize how much it cost to fish the Elite series. Guy I used to fish with named Jimmy Johnson qualified through the opens a couple times but couldnt make the jump because if he quit his job he wouldnt be able to afford the season. I read an article breaking down the cost and it wasnt good. The example actually finished pretty good on the year and even did like 5th in the classic but only made like $40k on year after all said and done. Then, there is the wife and kids. Not many wives would be too happy having you gone 2/3 of the year for $40k? Typically guys on the series either have personal wealth or they struggles their butts off. MF might be in a good situation though as he has his channel, thats if he can create content which he probably can just like this pre fish video. All he needs to worry about is the wife? The fishing will come into place. Good luck

The way you broke down the graph and talked about where you found fish is the best advice I’ve seen on RUclips in a while.. Really hope you continue to break down areas like this!! Congrats your 5th place finish!! You deserve all your success! Look forward to more videos just like this one?? 🤞

Ben I just want to say you’re the man! Knowing you’re about to embark on a journey of a lifelong dream. You give your RUclips followers the love and show them what most tournament fishermen that have a RUclips channel would not in a million years. The goods to your success in the tournament. I’m impressed! It shows how loyal you are to your followers or family I would call it because that’s how you treat us. I don’t want to add any pressure when I say this. I just have this overwhelming feeling that you will become an elite series fisherman. Don’t give up if it doesn’t happen this year. The arc wasn’t built in one day but Noah knew it had to be built and he didn’t let anything stand in his way. Our dreams makes us who we are and without them we cannot achieve! Talent is common, discipline is rare. Having them both is Elite!

Sandy Branch,Sandy Creek, Patuala Creek and Thomas Mill Creek were always my go to spots. Watching you catch fish all over it was awesome. I the weekend angler have and do gain a lot helpful information following your blogs and videos. Thanks and keep up the amazing work.

I live in Maryland where northern snakehead fishing is huge, they let out air bubbles when they feel the hook 100% of the time. They feel like a snag. That was a bowfin. Bass fishing is fun but snakehead fishing is the best...and they taste exactly like striper. It is legal to release them, just can't transport them alive here

I hope that translates into spoiling the hell out of your children and if they choose the same route you have the opportunity to make them legends in the industry. Neither of mine care to much for outdoors and that because of 80-100 hours a week I put in when they were young. Lessons learned and I plan on doubling up the time with grandkids when they get here if I’m so lucky.

That was a bowfin and bowfins are native unlike the invasive snakehead’s. Also it’s legal to release snakeheads in the same body of water you caught it from however that does depend on the state in which you are fishing in. Now it is completely illegal to release snakeheads in a different body of water that you originally caught it from.
